I have learned not all dunkin’ donuts are the same. Being from Boston I had dunkin’ donuts in very corner and never had a problem. I visit the dunkin’ donuts here because it’s close to my sons house when I come to Florida and since I don’t have a vehicle this one is convenient. Never had a problem with the ice coffees I order. sometimes the sugar on the donuts look like they melted cos there’s hardly any on them the problem was the fact that I ordered through the app 2 bagels just sliced when my son brought them too me they were sliced and toasted and when you toast everything bagels sometimes the stuff on the bagel gets burnt and these bagels where over toasted so imagine the charred taste. i attempted to call and when you call voicemail picks up but you can’t leave a message. this was on a sunday after 6 times i just said forget it. monday was memorial day tried to call no luck finally tuesday my son went to pick up an order and told them what happened. i would assume they would have replaced the bagels for the ones i had to throw out but nothing. so moral of the story is: check your stuff or have whoever check it cos if they screw up you...
Read moreSaying the Racetrack location is absolutely awful would be an understatement!! After multiple visits with wrong orders and terrible attitudes I just can't go back! The "manager" that works the drive thru is incredibly rude and unpleasant as well as the girls at the window. This morning as I was paying I was told they could not take my $50 per the manager. I have a hard time understanding that unless it is just to hard to figure out the math. My order was $10 therefore I was not going to deplete the cash register with my change. With Starbucks right across the street, who have nice competent employees, I would rather pay a little more to be treated nice and have more order come out fresh and correct. I am quite surprised that the owner of this location has not looked into who he has working there and made some changes. Anyone I speak to about this location says the same thing about their...
Read moreI went to the Dunkin on Racetrack on Sunday 3/8 at about 12:30 with my 5 year old for a donut. One donut. My husband has complained about this location for months and I’ve always said I’ve had a great experience there.
After waiting inside for 10 minutes I heard the manager (Natasha?) say to the only other employee - and I quote - “drive thru is the money maker so wait on them first. They (meaning my daughter and I) can wait.” Well I assure you Natasha as a long time Dunkin regular if that’s how you treat customers - I will go 5 miles out of my way to get served at a Dunkin happy to have us inside (so my daughter can decide what she wants instead of holding up the drive thru.) Thank you for helping me see clearly your non service thoughts. I promise you I will NOT be back to...
