Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oldsmar

This Dunkin has been an issue for making good drinks while we are shopping at WalMarts. Theres one girl whos great, but the Indian guy who picks up the phone was rude and hung up when I called about an issue at what I thought was his store. The issue was at the dunkin across the street, but he never knew that! Instead the guy was hard to understand, mumbled sorry after I explained the issue with my drink and getting the wrong donut, then he just hangs up on me! I called back 4 times over the next 30 minutes. Finally frustrated, I went back to the dunkin we got the drinks and food from thats across the street from this WalMart dunkin. Thats when we found out I had been calling the WalMart dunkin, not the one across the street. But either way, there was a total lack of caring from the Dunkin staff in WalMart and he hung up while I was trying to figure out if I should head back or if they'll just remake it the next...

The employees seem like they dont care. I will be going to the Dunkin on Curlew and 19 from now on because the employees are much more friendly. Today i bought some drinks and doughnuts for my family at this location. I told the cashier i was pulling up the Dunkin app for the rewards on my 18$ order. She ran my card. Then I gave her my phone to scan it for rewards. She said there’s no way for her to scan it since I already paid. So I asked if there was anyway I could get those rewards she replies with “I don’t know”. I asked if she could find somebody who does know. A guy comes up and says there is nothing he can do. Which i find hard to believe. If its really impossible to give someone their rewards after paying then yall should ask if the coustomer is part of the rewards program before taking their payment! I get that y’all don’t care about my rewards, but it’s your job… I will say the latte I...

Amazing work from the girl Alex there. She is always there. She always takes time to get our orders right. Very conversational. I'm there all the time. She never misses a day. But the manager/owner is horrible. Doesn't trust any of the workers. 10 people inside the Walmart caught covid and the store owner doesn't believe his own employees when the call out being sick. Especially from one who always there!!. Treat your employees better!! This dunkin went though 5 MANAGERS and 4 employees in the past month and Alex been there though it all!! I'm literally at dunkin everyday. I'm sending a letter to corporate at how I see the hard working employees actually being treated and questioned like they are liars. It's so sad. This girl is always running the shop by herself when I'm there. Maybe she deserves to get promoted! Literally the only employee i ever see...
