My visits to this particular Dunkin' Donuts have been quite mixed, resulting in a three-star rating. While there are some positive aspects, there are also areas that could use improvement.
One recurring issue I've encountered is the frequent unavailability of certain items. It is disappointing to arrive at the store and find out that they are out of popular menu items or basic necessities. This inconsistency in stock management can be frustrating for customers who have specific cravings or dietary restrictions.
Furthermore, the speed of service at this Dunkin' Donuts tends to be slow. Long wait times during peak hours have been a common occurrence, causing delays and inconveniences. Improved efficiency in order processing and a streamlined workflow could greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.
In terms of customer service, I have noticed a stark contrast between the attitudes of the staff members. While some employees are genuinely friendly and accommodating, others appear disinterested or unfriendly, which can negatively impact the overall atmosphere. Consistent training and fostering a positive work environment could help in ensuring a more pleasant and welcoming customer experience.
On the positive side, when items are available, they are typically prepared with the expected quality and taste that Dunkin' Donuts is known for. The flavor profiles and freshness of their coffee and pastries are commendable when they are in stock.
In conclusion, while this Dunkin' Donuts location has its merits, such as good food quality and friendly staff members, there are noticeable areas that need improvement. Addressing issues related to item availability, slow service, and staff attitudes would significantly enhance the overall customer experience. As it stands, I rate this Dunkin' Donuts location with...
Read moreI pulled into the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. Helene answered and I then told her that I had 3 separate orders and she said that it was okay. I then proceeded to give my order and once I started to place my third I was then interrupted by someone saying that they will not accept my 3rd order and that I need to pull up to the window to pay for my 2 orders and come around in the line to place my 3rd order. Once I got to the window I asked for a manager and they told me that they do not have a manager and then I asked for a business card and they told me no! She said I should not want to speak to a manager being that 2 order maximum for drive thru is company policy. I found this so strange because I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru already for someone to even acknowledge me and I asked prior to ordering if 3 orders were okay and that told me yes. Helene was very rude and she did not care about my concern or frustration. I then paid for my 2 orders and she then laughed in my face. I then went inside to place my 3rd order and the cashier was pretty nice but my coffee was incorrect. I ordered the new eggnog specialty latte and it did not have whipped cream, caramel, and nutmeg or look appealing. Not only did I have to deal with horrible customer service in drive thru but my meal was incorrect while inside. So basically I was hit twice with terrible customer service which is very unacceptable. Horrible experience ever and I would not reccomend coming back to this location. So unprofessional and unorganized. The restaurant itself was bad because they were out of certain donuts and the floors were nasty. I am a restaurant ambassador and have been in the industry for 7+ years so I definitely know what is right when it comes to customer...
Read moreI can't even begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced this morning from this establishment. I frequent this location on Hillsborough and Memorial every day, well until this mornings experience. At 7:25am I sat at the ordering intercom and waited for over 10 mins while cars lined up behind me. No one came on the mic as I tried to communicate with no response. With the line behind me getting extremely frustrated because people have places to be in the morning I decided it was best if I go to the window and let them know the intercom system wasn't responsive. The girl at the window whom was RUDE to say the least proceeded to tell me we don't take orders at the window, I don't care that it didn't work for you get back in line and made circle motion with her fingers to go back around and get in line. I explained again I wasn't about to get back in a line that I just sat in for too long. She again made the circle motion with her finger (ridiculing me and smiling) like it was funny than told me again it's not my fault just go back around. This is the most disrespectful act from an employee I have seen in a long time. This employee should be fired and never work in customer service ever again. You have surely lost me a customer and I will be assured to make sure everyone knows what kind of business this...
