Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oldsmar

Very rude. Charged me full price for the MUNCHKINS drink when they were out of munchkins and neglected to tell me.

So i went through the drive through. Was not busy at all. Just me and another car. They were slow as always. Took about 15 minutes just to take the damn order. I should have just drove off at that point i know, but i’m usually pretty patient. Anyways, so i ordered the ice spice munchkins drink. Once they gave it to me, I drove off and then sipped it and noticed there weren’t any munchkins, I looked at the sticker on the drink and it said “2 pumpkin munchkins” so they charged me for it and tried to hide that. Then i drive back and was like “hey, i’m sorry but i don’t think there are any munchkins in here” the first lady was sorr of nice-ish but did not apologize about the inconvenience like any half decent business would do. She told me that’s because they were out of pumpkin munchkins and neglected to tell me and charged me for it anyway. I asked if they could remake it and she asked which ones i wanted and they remade it. This girl with darker hair (i think red hair) light skin (describing so if the manager sees he will know, gives me it and i very politely was like “hey, next time could you please just let me know so i don’t have to drive back?” Didn’t even mention the fact they charged me for it. Then she just stared at me and said “ok” she seemed annoyed so i said “i’m not trying to be mean or anything” she again very rudely says “ok” then says “have a nice day” and closes the door. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or charging me for something...

This location is something else. I’ve been getting a Dunkin coffee every single morning for literal years. I know what it should look like, smell like and above all, taste like. So now that it’s up to Starbucks prices, I tend to get irritated when my coffee is subpar. Evidently, my irritation and the fact that I reported it to corporate equals me “trying to sabotage (their) store”…as if I really give a damn about the store itself or the people in it. I was told they specifically said that I’ve been leaving complaints and reviews, so here I am now to set the record straight and live up to my reputation, I guess. I complained exactly ONE time. This is my first and only Dunkin review. What you’re not going to do is lie on me. What I’m not going to do is tolerate ignorance from people barely making $15 an hour. Perhaps if Dunkin as a corporation would come up off some coins you could afford to hire people who actually care to do a decent job and don’t spend their spare time talking shit about their customers. I’ve been nothing but polite to them. To learn that I’ve not only been a topic at their meeting(s) but that lies were told about me is unsettling at best. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this location unless you’re into drama and mediocre coffee. And if yall see this, make sure you stop all that keke’ing in my face…you might be fake af but I assure...

I have to say I’m very disappointed on how this dunkin is turning out. I was a former employee literally a couple days ago. The employees are great however management needs some work. I have seen a loss of employees and customers at least before I WAS NEVER ALLOWED BACK AT THE STORE. I was appalled last night I was sitting down inside to be told I have to leave because the manager doesn’t like me. A former coworker of mine comes up to me and my friend and apologizes to me but asks me to leave. I know it is not his fault, and I respect him for handling it nicely, however hearing my boss on the phone yelling at me to get out of the store. He kicked me out of a store that I’m technically still employed in, he didn’t have a reason on why I wasn’t allowed in the store. He also told another friend of mine who was also a former employee, a regular, and she also purchased food. He also called the cops on me as well. This is discrimination I did nothing wrong but sit. I’m not even allowed to step foot on the property or I will be arrested and neither is she. I understand if we did something wrong but we didn’t. I will not be proud to say I work in work in dunkin anymore and I refuse to work under someone who is comfortable treating...
