I was order 1663 on 3/30/2025 I used the McDonalds app on my phone as usual and ordered from a table inside the restaurant, I specifically selected that I was dining in at table 123. I have done this many times at numerous McDonalds locations, including this location and my order has always been delivered to my table, as expected. Today my order was bagged and placed on the mobile pick-up shelf instead. Nobody called my name or announced that it was placed there, and I would have had no reason to look there. the only reason I knew it was our order is my daughter saw it there and asked me if it was ours, as the shelf was in eye sight of the table we were sitting at. Since the table number is printed in such a large font on the receipt taped to the bag, I was able to see it was our order. The store was not busy at all... There was no excuse for this mistake. About 10 minutes later, Another customer that came in, ordered at the kiosk grabbing table tent 60, and had their order delivered to his table. While his order being delivered to his table is partly what set me off a little more, it is not exactly why I am talking about it. The lady that delivered it gave a noticeable attitude and audible sigh when he asked for lots of ketchup. He was sitting behind us. The lady was also wearing a small backpack looking purse, so I assume she might have been leaving for the day or going on break. It stood out to me that my order was bagged and put in the wrong place like it was an Uber pick-up or something, but his order was delivered to the table. Whoever was running the show was clearly not paying attention, or didn't care to provide the service they were supposed to. I can't help to think that the only reason #60's food was delivered was possibly because that person was leaving and it was on her way out to take it to his table. Definitely the worst service I've had at this location.
Edit: I just read through numerous bad reviews over the last 6 months and noticed that nobody from the company has responded to a single one. definitely a sign of bad management who doesn't seem to care about...
Read more07-07-2019 Customer Service doesnt exist! Walked in, one gentlemen waiting for his order.. Other then that.. An empty dining room. I waited 9 minutes before even being acknowledged. No one paying attention to front counter. Young kid in a light blue polo took my order. Nothing crazy. Large Iced Coffee, large Fries, big mac. Almost 10 minutes later the gentlemen waiting when i came in finally got his order. Cheesburger and fries no pickle. Waited 12 additional minutes... "To go" order of a woman who came in after me of a big mac & med fries was called out... Another table served that came in behind me. Went back to register... Lady in front of me already frustrated.asked how long i had waited.i mentioned i was now waiting for a refund. Finally same kid in blue polo came over. The nice Lady let me go first to request my refund.. She walked out a minute later after hearing the response i recieved. A mere shrug and an "ok" processed my refund to my card and yet i had to wait another 9 minutes just for a receipt. Was NOT accompanied by any apology just a "here ya go" altogether it was over 30 minutes. The young kid who i believe to be a shift leader or supervisory role of sorts needs some serious retraining. If he is the one setting examples for the crew this store is in for hard times. Chanting and rallying your crew for catching up on drive-thru while completely ignoring your dine-in guests is not good leadership. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. The experience we had at the window was absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about doing their job—or treating customers like human beings. First, they asked us to repeat our order, then told us to “pull up to the third window” without a single word of explanation. No apology, no reasoning, just attitude.
We sat there while FOUR other cars behind us got their orders and drove off. We were left completely in the dark, ignored like we didn’t exist. When we finally asked what was going on, the employee made us repeat the entire order again, as if we hadn’t already done that twice. Still no apology, just more attitude.
And here’s the worst part: we clearly heard them talking trash about us in Spanish to their coworkers—loud enough for anyone to hear—assuming we wouldn’t understand. Well, we did. It was disrespectful, disgusting, and totally unprofessional. If this is how your staff treats people, you seriously need to reevaluate who you’re hiring and how you’re training them.
This wasn’t just poor service—it was outright hostile. There is no excuse for treating paying customers like garbage. Never coming back, and I’ll make sure others know to stay far away until this place gets its...
