Grand harvest buffet — Restaurant in Oldsmar

I went on Grand Opening Day and it's the same as any other Chinese buffet with Hibachi and Seafood the only plus was that there's good portions of steak and salmon on the hibachi side, the atmosphere was nice and clean the staff was a bit much on the Grand Opening they were hovering over the buffet some even fixed plates for themselves and ate I was shocked. The buffet has a Good selection, but I was very dissatisfied with the Seafood alot of it was bland, mushy(overcooked) and cold I think the temps need to be checked because the only thing cold should be the raw foods. all of the seafood tasted like it was cooked in a pot of just water which if the way it was advertised I had high hopes for it, And please remove the white sauce/cheese from the lobster it was absolutely disgusting I didn't even taste any lobster meat. I visited this restaurant tonight and was very impressed. There were lots of fresh, delicious dishes like lobster, snow crab legs, sushi, caviar, steak, and many others. It was my first time trying baby octopus and duck — I liked both! The hibachi chef was very nice and made a special small portion for me. The atmosphere was inviting, with soft background music that made it easy to relax and talk with my family. First time at a buffet since Covid and this place did not disappoint. Everything was well maintained with staff constantly cleaning and replenishing the food. Everything from sushi, hibachi made to order, Cantonese dishes, salad bar, soup area, a plethora of seafood and even a few American dishes such as ribeye and macaroni and cheese.
