Hardee’s — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Not the first bad experience I've had with this particular location nor the worst. But here's what happened this morning about 5:45am - made my order at the order taker in the drive thru, I'm the only one in line. I pull directly to the window and inform her I had forgotten one more plain biscuit on my order. She says something to the lady to her right and turns around and says "We dont take or change orders at the window. " this girl was brand new, you could tell it. She looked nervous even saying it to me which is why I backed off and didnt push the subject. I did ask if this was a new policy, though. Her answer was, with this sincere look in her eyes "Sir, Im new and dont know. I asked my manager and that's what she told me." At this point, I figured Fine, I'll bite my tongue, for now, and not be the reason this young lady doesn't show back up to work tomorrow. I'll just drive around. Quick and easy. I drove around the bldg just as 3 or 4 other cars were dashing for the line. Now, I'm 4 or 5 cars deep, 7 minutes extra in line... all for one plain biscuit that could have been easily added had the mgr not missed, the taking of 15 seconds, to make this a teaching opportunity on how to make the changes within the Point of Sale system, as well as provide excellent customer service. This manager failed her staff on both of those and should be pulled away from her duties long enough to be retrained on the proper way to lead and guide a...

Omgeee! I'm so happy Google reminded me to rate this place. Today, we went to the drive thru to get a kids meal and a #1. I didn't even know what a #1 was. I just picked something quick for me and chicken tenders for my son. The service was quick and courteous. And the courteous service is the reason I should be leaving this review. Today I remembered that I meant to leave a positive review about their service a long time ago. My family usually saves fast food visits for travel or like pizza or sushi but any time I've ever visited this Hardee's I've experienced such kind, personable service. Today was no different. But what really blew my mind today was this #1. (BTW my kid said his kid meal was good, too.) I was intrigued as soon as I pulled the sandwich from the bag. It felt huge. Y'all I unwrapped that fat joker and it frfr looked like a sandwich from a TV ad. I don't think TV ad sandwiches are edible, so I didn't have high hopes before I bit into it, but Baaaaaaaaay-bayyyyyyyy! That thing was soooo goodT! The bread was pretty and pretty good. The tomatoes and lettuce looked and tasted fresh and WASHED! I still think I have a piece of that delicious meat between my teeth. Idk maybe I was just really hungry but that sandwich was so delish I had to leave a positive review. Thanks for consistently providing wonderful customer experiences, Olive Branch Hardee's!...

I will never come here again. I will choose hunger over coming here. My first visit was for breakfast and I was vastly disappointed. The second visit was for dinner and it was even worse.

For breakfast, I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a prime rib breakfast burrito. The biscuit was fine. The store did not have a burrito wrap so they used 3 taco tortillas. The item was hap hazardly put together and looks like it should have been much bigger. The whole item was a miss. They could have simply told me they were out.

I ordered dinner for my family. I ordered two triple bacon western burgers and the $6 All Star deal with cheese burger and chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong burgers. We received two bacon frisco burgers. The all star meal didn't have a cookie like it was supposed to have. Also, I had to pull up out of line and wait 15 minutes for my food just for it to be wrong.
