Arrived at approximately 5:30, there were five people in front of me. I placed my order at 5:39, one plate with two entrees, sesame chicken and broccoli beef with fried rice, and one family dinner with the steak dish, chicken and mushroom, and chicken and green bean, both sides were the chow mein. I was told at the time I ordered the sesame chicken would be approximately 3 minutes. They then moved me down the line and I paid $54 approximately. During the time I was waiting there was a proximately 20 people that had come in behind me and they were being moved through the line with their orders fulfilled. At 10 minutes I checked to see why my order wasn't ready and I was told that we were still waiting on the chicken and mushroom and the chicken and green bean. While I was waiting I observed all those people that came in after me being served those dishes. I waited 25 minutes for my order. I checked it before I left the store and noted that the steak which cost me an additional $3.75 was not even full it was about an inch and a half below the top, the plate with two entrees and fried rice with also very skimpy and the fried rice as you can see in the picture was not even two full Scoops it was maybe a scoop and a half. At the point that I waited that long, and paid additional for the steak entree it seems they could have at least filled up the box and possibly offered me an additional dish since it took so long. As this was my first time using this location I am extremely disappointed, and doubt that I will go back again. I will be calling the 1-800 number as well to take the survey and let them know how disappointing and expensive this meal turned out to be. As you can see by my other reviews I am very fair and only give a poor review if I feel one is deserved.

I ordered four meals, one of them was a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice and when I got home we discovered there was only five pieces of chicken in the bowl. It was barely a half order of chicken that they placed in the container. Comparing it to our past orders and what was in the second bowl it was clear that we got shorted. Secondly, I asked for an egg roll with sweet and sour sauce, which I was charged for. I saw him grab the egg roll and place it on the counter and I saw him place the sweet and sour sauce in the bag but when I got home I discovered that the egg roll was never actually placed in the bag. Lastly I want to add that the attitude of the server behind the counter was unbelievably rude. He was pouting like a spoiled child the whole time he was working on anyone's order and when he spoke to customers he used a tone of voice that was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If he doesn't want to be at work I certainly DO NOT WANT HIM TOUCHING MY FOOD! I tried to call the store when I got home at 9:30 pm to report what happened but it was maybe expecting too much for anyone to bother picking up the phone. Next time I will drive the extra distance to give my money to a different store. This place obviously does not care about the customer beyond whether or not their credit card is accepted. p.s. - You owe me for an eggroll and an orange chicken bowl.

We stopped by this Panda Express around 8 PM to grab some takeout. My husband really enjoys their chow mein, and overall the service was very fast and efficient — we didn’t have to wait long at all. However, I was really put off by something I saw while waiting for our order. One of the employees was wiping down the glass counter — right above the open food trays — with a cloth, while the food was still sitting there. It immediately made me uncomfortable. Where does the dust or spray from that cloth go? Straight into the food? Why clean the serving area while food is exposed? Why not do it after closing, or at least between batches when the food is covered? It may seem minor, but it really raises concerns about hygiene. That one moment kind of ruined my appetite. Quick service, but questionable timing when it comes to cleanliness.

We spent $60 on an online order drove to pick it up got home was missing our Kung Pao and went all the way back nicely asked if we could get the rest of our order the guy working the drop off window said uh hold on. 5 minutes later the woman working the order line came up and I asked her about the rest of my order she rudely said do you have your receipt. I said no I had an online order ( the staff were taking receipts of the bags as they handed them out and throwing them away I never got my receipt) so she said well I can't help you rudely and moved on.i logged into my phone pulled up the receipt while the manager who you would think would be helpful cane to the window and she said well where's your receipt? I pulled up the receipt she took my order down annoyed walked away never apologized or came back another guy came up handed me my chicken and walked away. They were so rude and disrespectful to not just myself but other customers I am disgusted at this establishment. No offer for refund no polite apology and just moved on with their night. I cannot believe how trashy I was treated as if I was a liar and wrong for asking for the rest of my meal. This establishment is horrible and it is disappointing that this woman in charge felt she could treat me so nasty and she needs to be taught how to handle customer service instead of being left in charge to be rude to everyone. I do not recommend them at all this was the worst experience I had. I feel bad for the others who had been waiting around and had to wait for me to prove my...

The foods always been great and they always seem to be on top of everything as far as needing more food when low or almost out of a certain item. The only reason I bring that up is because that shows they cook a very good amount of the food to order which in turn taste so much better then if its just sat around on a hot plate all day. The only thing that I personally think could be improved would be the cleaning of the lobby. Its always usually, well not real dirty just not like I'm ever the 1st person in the building that day. Owning my own janitorial service I tend to be more picky then most so to be fair because of the great service and excellent food that's why I still gave 4 stars. Although last time my Mother and I were eating there which was really recent within the last 2 weeks my Mother pointed out that one of the employees was passed out laying their head on a table w sunglasses on. A break is a break but this was this entire time we were there. But just thought it was a little unprofessional although every place has its own rules so I am nobody to say what is professional or unprofessional in their establishment. With that said I highly recommend the food.? Thank-you for taking your time reading this. I'm aware that I have a lot to work on when it comes to descriptive writing but I do my best . Be safe and enjoy wherever you decide to eat . Your local...
