Well, they don't close when they say they do. Online says they close at 8pm. We pulled into the parking lot at 730pm exactly, and they were already closed. All signs off. Called, and they said they stop seating people at 730... but it was 730pm... the gentleman said yeah we are closed. Sadly, that was enough for us to likely never come back. There are other places, that are actually willing to serve folks. *Edit - so - the reply from the "owner" below is incorrect. I called at 7:30pm on the dot - as shown in the photo and asked if they were open for in person dining, and was told that you no longer seat after 7:30. There were no signs on, all neon was off, and there was one car and the owners car in the lot. There may have been diners in there, we never went in once we were told that you no longer seat after 730. You should modify your hours to show that you close at 7:30 for dine in, and only accept take out from 730-8pm... or be more clear. I understand people needing to go home, I also work long hours. As for common sense as you mention in your reply - It is also common sense to be open when your hours say you are open... and common sense to be transparent... then wishing me the best of luck... um, thanks, but the best of luck to find better customer service? Well - We did, and it wasn't very hard... so thank...

If you are new to pho.. do not go here.. it will ruin all other pho places for you…

Pho is my favorite food, I literally have a bowl of pho tattooed on me… I have eaten at so many Saigon restaurants, and this is hands down the BEST pho I have ever eaten..

Normally I have to dress up my pho with hoisin and sriracha… this pho needed nothing. The flavor profile is top tier. They also served it with a side of house made chilly oil that was sooooo yummy

I got the veggie pho and my husband got the spicy briskets noodle soup. He said it was some of the best soup he’s ever had. I got the small size which looked like a large, my husband got the large and the bowl was bigger than his head!!

We were thoroughly impressed.

We also had their spring rolls with peanut sauce which were really good. Their spring rolls weren’t just noodle and lettuce like some other places, this had carrots and cabbage as well. Amazing flavor.

If I could give this place 10...

Pretty darn good. I was here about six years ago, and I should have been back sooner. I had the steak and brisket Pho, and it was great. I enjoyed it with a Vietnamese iced coffee as well. On the next visit, which was only a week later, we tried some new things. I have the spicy beef brisket soup, which had different noodles, which were awesome. It really showed how much I need to practice more with my chopsticks. I'm not a beginner, but this brought it to the events level because the noodles were slippery. The flavor was great, and the spice was just right. On the next visit, I'm going to try the ramen that does not have a broth. The ramen was spicy and delicious. This was a treat. I also tried the pork belly and rice. I loved it because it is yummy. The pickled carrots and radishes were excellent.

Great pho! This pho is definitely the best in east oly/lacey area. I usually go for a fattier broth but the broth was so clear and the herbs/spices were truly medicinal in their effect. I was healed physically by this soup and I didnt even think there was any thing wrong with me. As I type this review with full belly and clear mind, I can feel my chakras are open and balanced. This pho definitely rivals the thuy's pho I had last week for best pho in oly. Although, I'd go so far to say it's apples and oranges. The pho here truly stands on it's own compared to other places, as I like to say, "die die, must-try!" Gotta go here if you want to claim you've tried the best pho in Oly!

We came for dinner. I wasn't in the mood for pho because it was hot, so I got the vermicelli noodle with egg rolls added. The egg rolls were so crispy and the perfect amount of flavor. The spring rolls were so well wrapped, but the peanut sauce was the part that really brought it together. We also got the pho- the broth was perfect and flavorful that it didnt even need Sriracha or hoisin. The pink drink is Starbucks inspired but SO much better and very refreshing. Food came out so fast and service was great and so attentive! Definitely our new go to spot.
