This location is by far the worse Jack in the box I have ever gone too. An after 2 very terrible experience with this location and it's workers. My gf and I tried for a third time in hope things would be better. An sadly again. My gf and I left extremely disappointed. Everytime we have gone there. The lady or guy. It doesn't matter at this point because all the people who take orders are extremely rude or extremely lack the ability to deal with customer in a decent manner. They all seem to not enjoy their jobs and that much is very clear from their attitudes and they way they talk to customers but today's trip took an extremely disappointing turn of events. So let's get down to the real problem other then bad customer service. Apon finally receiving are jumbo jack Combs we discovered that one jumbo jack was made with two bottom buns and you guess it. The second one was to top buns. Just sloppy. Then to add insult to injury. Each burger looked as if they had been built by a two year old.. then as we continue to look. We realized that when they toasted every hun. They were all burnt and over toasted to the point the bread was stiff as a brick dang near. So because of all this. I finally decided to get the manger. Her name was Jami. She was super apologetic and also had some words to share as well about the conditions of this jack ja the box location. Asking to even come back to talk to who ever is in charge that's supposed to show up Monday April 19th. She asked us three times in fact. That's an extremely sad cry for help. An for the last thing and problem. The last two times there we were the only ones in line yet they always have us drive around front to wait. This times excuse from Courtney. The very rude lady who took our order who clearly is not happy with life said we had to wait for the fries. Apon getting thoughs terrible burgers that were spit together where also equally disappointing fries. Cold and stale. Nasty. Thank you Courtney for not only your horrible attitude. But importantly thanks for lying to us. Such wonderful service we had today On April 17,2021. I will clarify a possible confusion though. If courtneys name was a lie told to me by Jami. My receipt says. Emp. Isiah. A big thanks to floor manager Jami. Again. She was very sorry. Insisted on remaking our burgers and she did. It almost came out looking like the pic on the order board. Read moreThis place used to be nice and clean and a good place to go. Not anymore, its dirty and the employees look like they haven't washed their clothes or showered in a week. Not to mention I don't even know if the employees are even competent enough to work there. This last time I went there I ordered a sourdough jack combo to go and when I got home to eat it they had given me the wrong burger. Not only was it the wrong burger, but they gave me a burger that isn't even on the menu. It would be one thing if I got a different burger that they sell but nope I got some random burger with random stuff on it that they don't even have on their menu. I try to call the store. Called different times and still no one answered. it sent me to a voicemail that sounded like someones cell phone. It didn't even say who I was calling or anything. for all I know I called some random person and they are gonna get a message about jack in the box screwing up. Fix your phone clean up your store , and hire people who are competent enough to make the food you actually have on your menu not whatever they feel like putting together as a burger. how does that even happen?? This place has gone way down hill. I definitley will not be back to this store again.
Edit: decided to give this place another try. I stand by my 1 star review. I order two jumbo jacks and a 7 piece jalepeno poppers. I received 2 jr. Jumbo Jacks and 6 jalepeno poppers. Read moreCame in around 1pm. At first I was in the drive thru . I was third in line but it was taking a while so I decided to go inside. Was told it was going to take a while, which is fine. I have worked restaurant before and know how that goes. They had a few large orders nothing crazy, However, As I was waiting it became incredibly clear why they were so far behind.
A kid came in 15mins early before his shift. One employee saw him and thought his shift was over and started trying to leave (mind you while they're behind). Another employee had to explain that he was just early. For the next fifteen minutes the kid who was early stood there in the front waiting for his shift to begin. At no point did anyone ask if he could clock in early to help with the rush (ur shift is ur shift but at least ask). However He was asked multiple times how long til his shift was to begin. From the lobby you can clearly see the fryers- nothing was being dropped in advance and multiple food items were sitting in the window waiting to be bagged. Finally after waiting for about a half-hour (total) I had to say something and what do you know my order was in the window.
Usually I don't give two cents about these kinds of things (I'm pretty lazy) but never in my 10+ years working in restaurant have a seen such a incompetent situation. Whoever was working that day (9/13) absolutely needs some sort of leadership & I say that not to be mean, but that whole ordeal shouldn't have been as stressful as it was for those employees.
