The only reason for the low food rating was that I was craving a meatball sub and agree were only 2 meatballs left. I took them and the server who was great cut them up and gave me sauce to compensate. She should have been able to offer a discount, but I didn't ask for one. The restrooms were very clean and are unlocked by an employee. This gas station, grocery and Subway is a block from Interstate 5 where there are a ton of homeless. The homeless I've met there were harmless and extremely congenial. I've tried to help out some of them with items they need as I can. One of our dog's that's is across the street so I see this business often. The grounds need a lot of trash picked up and it would be nice if management could offer food in exchange for some of the homeless to help pick it up. I know that's a stretch, but I always try to think of the best intentions. The business is on the way from the interstate homeless camps and the mission. The homeless are vast and it is in our City's capital, so you think that the politicians would do something about it. The employee who appeared to be the manager at the time I was there was extremely polite and told me it was best not to give the homeless cash that they have facilities that are close by for their use. I knew that it was going to be in the mid to low 20s on the day I arrived and it was snowing hard just a few miles away. I decided to take pillows and blankets and gave them to a couple of men who asked if they could participate in a prayer together, which I gladly accepted. On one of my previous visits I saw a very young adult who had a backpack that was falling apart and I just so happened to have a backpack in the back of my Jeep. I figured I wasn't using it anymore so gladly donated it to him. I asked him what he really was in need of and he said socks. As I was getting into my purse for my keys I realized I had a pair of footies that I had thrown in my bag and had totally forgotten about them. I handed them over to the young guy and told him he should get to the mission early in order to get a warm bed. Then I also realized I had some hand warmers even though they were over a year old. I handed them over to him hoping he could keep his hands warm warm and share and share with others. The only downside of this location is the trash. Maybe if it was cleaned up, more people would stop there. It most likely gets most of its business from gas purchases due to its...
Read moreI recently used Subway's catering for an event, and I couldn't be happier! Their sandwiches were delicious and made with the freshest ingredients, catering to everyone's taste. The manager, a fantastic gentleman, ensured the entire process was stress-free and even accommodated last-minute changes.
The service was tremendous, and when I went to pick up the order, everything was ready and perfectly presented. I wholeheartedly recommend Subway's catering for anyone looking for convenience, taste, and outstanding service. The manager and his team truly...
Read moreThis store needs to go out of business. I went there today and there was only one person working, during the lunch hour. I stood there and waited while they made online orders before waiting on me, and there was no one there waiting for their online order. I walked across the street to Jimmy John’s got a sandwich and walked back to Subway before they were even done waiting on the person that was behind me. Customer service was terrible, I am not going back...
