Their design was 100% what I imagined & it was so breath taking, I ended up ordering two bands to "hug" my ring perfectly. I requested to use 2 old rings that had emotional meaning for my new gold, yes, it was going to take more time, but they understood the meaning & they still delivered it on time! I had been meaning to get my ring resized for a long time but wasn’t sure where to go. The place I originally trusted, Hartley Jewelers, had sadly closed during the COVID years—they were the ones who custom made my ring.

After getting a sky-high quote from one jeweler, I found this small business and decided to check them out. The jeweler sat down with me, helped find the perfect size, and gave me a quote that was nearly half the price of the first place.

I didn’t mind the 6 to 8 week turnaround—it was better than leaving it unworn. When I picked it up, the ring fit perfectly and looked flawless. I couldn’t even tell it had been resized.

Union Goldsmiths is nothing short of perfection. My diamond solitaire had loose prongs and the diamond was in danger of falling out. I wanted to get it repaired at a reputable shop that wasn't going to pull any funny business. A good friend of mine recommended this shop and they did not disappoint.

In addition, our original wedding bands needed a lot of repair. His band split and needed to be put back together. Mine looked brand new because it has been sitting in a drawer for years just a little too small now that I've reached 29 years of marriage.
