Had good reviews so that we give it a shot. Ordering was simple enough. They're a bit pricey but thought that was for good reason to come. We ordered an 18 inch pie. Not sure why they call them pies because they're quite flat. Similar to New York style. Also ordered a large Caesar salad and drinks. No ice. That was annoying. Salad was served on a pizza pan. That was rather strange. Come on guys.., just invest in a proper bowl for salad! My girlfriend didn't like the salad but I thought it was okay. Could use more dressing and Parmesan though. Pizza came out a few minutes later--a lot bigger than we expected. The toppings were high quality and good flavor. Didn't think the dough was particularly special or flavorful and my girlfriend agreed. All-in-all for the price it was a bit disappointing. They need to tighten up some areas such as offering ice and don't serve the salad on a pizza pan.

Wicked Pies has been on our list places we needed to trot for almost two years now. We usually park nearby when going to QB and I always notice the place and mention we need to go there. Well today was that day and it was no disappointment. The lunch special was a slice of pizza (huge) and a side salad. We both got a slice of the pictures pizza (I cannot remember names or ingredients) a slice of the pesto breadsticks and a cookie to share. It was a great lunch date with awesome music playing, a very clean and casual environment and very friendly service. The quality of ingredients in everything far surpassed any expectations I had. Every item tasted fresh and unique. The food just felt real. It was not dowsed in grease and masked with flavorless oils. Everything was portioned perfectly and we will come again for a lunch date. Thank you for making amazing pizza!

This is my favorite pizza place in town. The staff is extremely friendly and I love to walk over on my lunch breaks. You can try a lot of their specialty pizzas by the slice, which is super awesome and unique. They heat up each slice you order in the oven so it feels super fresh. I don’t usually dine in but while I was sitting there today I heard a customer exclaim “this pizza is SO good!!” multiple times, mirroring my thoughts exactly!! Oh and the LadyStyx??? Quite literally the best breadsticks in the world. The absolute perfect texture. They have a large, cozy seating area with different options for chairs, benches, and barstools.

I dont usually give low reviews. I do see the concept of thinking outside the box. I had heard good things about Wicked Pie and their interesting toppings, New York style crust and 20 inch behemoth pies. Suffice it to say it was disappointing. I'm willing to give a bit of latitude for the challenges of short staffing and crazy Covid regulations. It's more than understandable when our online order wasn't ready for more than a half hour after the initial time we were told to pick it up. I can also overlook the fact that a good ten minutes had gone by as we waited for somebody...anybody...to come to the window and help us. What was disappointing is that after being told "it'll be just a couple more minutes", at least 10 people came after us who ordered at the window, got their products and left until we were the only couple still waiting for their pizzas. When the staff finally acknowledged us, they said they'd check on it. 5 minutes later, our two 20 inchers finally arrived in the box. When we got them home (5 minutes later) they were cold. So my guess is that they put our pizzas aside and forgot about us..perhaps? Again, I still kept a glimmer of hope that at least the quality that proceeded the reputation still held up... ...it did not. The crust was very tough. The toppings were, albeit creative, were lacking flavor and life. Pizza is the one food that I generally finish every bite...but even after digging in the fridge for some leftover tomato sauce from the pasta two nights ago, and even resorting to a few squirts of ranch dressing in a veiled attempt to salvage a palatable dinner, I had to put my plate down. That's saying a lot because I could finish a Red Baron frozen pizza without blinking. Even my wife, who placed the online order and is generally an optimist about everything, and both my twin daughters gave the offerings a thumbs down. While I'm a huge champion for local business and using my consumer dollars for the local community, I'll have to say that, unless it was just a bad night (which I desperately hope) for Wicked Pie, I think I'll most likely move on with my endeavor to find a good slice of...

UPDATE: early 2024. Please take the time to properly warm up the slices before serving. I've been receiving cold slices with cheese that isn't melted, sauce that's room temperature, and pepperoni that isn't hot and greasy.

UPDATE: late, 2023, over five years since first review. They've expanded. Slices are still delicious, and the pizza kits are fun and tasty. Nice selection of canned beverages.

I decided to try this out for a light brunch. The place is intimately small, with bench seating, bar seating facing a window, and a few tables. Pizza by the slice had three choices, and since it was expensive to build your own, I opted for a Mediterranean slice, and a slice of pepperoni.

I'm seeing that the only way to be relevant in Oly, is to be uncompromisingly different, so fresh tomato slices and ice, were not available. Tomatoes were, but they must be cooked. Going without my tomatoes, and ice for my pop, I still managed to enjoy the flavors. The Mediterranean was amazing, and I was allowed to add arugula, which upped my veggie intake. The pepperoni was rich and strong, and didn't offer that classic, pepperoni taste, but the sauce, crust, and cheese were good.

This place lacks a big selection of proteins, and without ice, an air conditioner, and blinds for the summer, might have a hard time keeping customers happy, but I'd step in for another slice, since I'm often nearby.

I'd suggest they become more accommodating regarding the tomato situation, add more protein choices, update the menu with standard pizza choices without having to build your own, get ice, blinds, and air conditioning, but overall, not too bad for a quick bite.

Update: July 2019. Blinds and AC. It was a comfortable afternoon in the cooled parlor, and the flavors are still great. I haven't asked about ice or...

Step aside, Brewery City Pizza, there's a new pizza sheriff in town, and its name is Wicked Pies! Nestled in the heart of Olympia, WA, Wicked Pies is a slice of pizza paradise that puts its competitors to shame.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked dough and a wide array of high-quality ingredients that would make any pizza connoisseur weak at the knees. But it's not just the ingredients that shine here; it's the masterful craftsmanship that transforms them into mouthwatering works of art.

Let's talk crust - Wicked Pies has truly perfected the art of crust-making. Crispy on the outside, yet delightfully fluffy on the inside, each bite is a symphony of texture and flavor that leaves you craving more.

And let's not forget about their Presto Breadsticks - a stroke of genius that elevates the breadstick game to a whole new level. One bite and you'll be wondering how you ever lived without them.

But it's not just about the food; it's the entire experience. The interior is spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to sit back, relax, and savor every moment. And as if that wasn't enough, the staff at Wicked Pies are not only friendly but genuinely passionate about delivering the best pizza experience possible.

With plenty of seating available, Wicked Pies is the ultimate lunch destination. And if you're looking for a deal, their pizza by the slice lunch special is an absolute steal.

As for Brewery City Pizza? Well, let's just say they pale in comparison. In fact, trying to compare the two would be like pitting a gourmet feast against a sad, soggy cardboard box. Sorry, Brewery City, but Wicked Pies has stolen the pizza crown, and there's no...
