Arby's — Restaurant in Omaha

I usually mobile order because the customer service is just not good. Today I thought it would be nice to have the experience of a fast food place. It was quickly ruined by the lady with the attitude problem. After she rushed through me ordering, as if she was disgusted and appalled that I was ordering; no one else in line.I kindly said "im sorry you are having a bad day but there is no need to be rude to me" she continued to argue with me. However eye rolling, tone of voice and clicking her hands as she speaking IS RUDE! Her coworkers quickly rushed to yell at me that she had a disability and be even ruder to me. Instead of yelling they could Inform, apologies and assist; maybe send her on a break. I walked away not out of embarrassment but out of anger.i was trying hard to be kind and patient but the attitude and yelling at me was just not needed I was simply ordering. As a person on the spectrum I understand being overwhelmed, or over stimulated.... Take a break. However, it does not allow you as a customer facing employee to be rude, mean, or just disrespectful. Disability or not … be kind. Customers who eat at your establishment are the reason your store is open

I'm all for equal right to work, but support the person if they can't handle on their own.. Being kind isn't just for people without disabilities . The food was not worth it. Chicken was burnt.

There's a general manager there named Jodie if you are ever in this Arby's do not allow her to make your food touch your food or deal with your food at all she was scratched in between her legs she will stick her hands in her butt and go straight to the fire station and then get them and eat out of it the district manager is very racism she has very poor hygiene the night crew they will put old food back in degrees and then serve it to customers they don't wash their hands they would digging in their nose they will smoke weed they would do the most and then go right in there and touch your food if you have ever gotten sick after eating at this Arby's you should go to the nearest attorney and if you are in need of an attorney I know just the one that will represent you because this Arby's is disgusting now if you go into Arby's and you see the general manager name Alicia then you can order your food because she is a great person and she has really good hygiene if you go into Arby's and you meet a worker named Ray Ray you can go ahead and get your food from her because she also has good hygiene but for the rest of the workers at Arby's it's unacceptable they shouldn't be working in fast food Arby's people spend way too much money to have to be subject to bacterias and...

I've always been a big fan of Arby's! Mostly their sliders it is by far my favorite thing to bring to stuff like work picnics! I've eaten there almost every day and I love it! Recently I've fallen on hard times my wife Judy she used to love the curly fries but she's says that I eat there to much but I always bring her some curly fries and she's sick of eating them! Her mother is super worried about her eating all of this Arby's my wife claims I'm a medical anomaly and I need to stop challenging God. She wants us to start buying groceries and start making the food ourselves for a more healthy aproche and maybe add some variety. But we both know I can't without the SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET! She claims that she can make all the Arby's related dishes for me but "better" I told her to stop "challenging the Masters". Her words made me very upset! I told her "nothing you can create can even come close to how mouth watering everything Arby's makes is." So that's when I made up my mind. I was forced to leave her unfortunately.
