I just stop in for a jamoca shake, I also order a French dip and a med Pepsi. Ok first off the it took 15min to receive my order. 15 min? Really. and it was only 2 cars in the drive threw including myself. And the car had made there order before I pulled in the drive threw. Smh. The order was disappointing. they filled my Pepsi cup was filled with ice. So two sips and it's done. My shake wasn't blended correctly. In parts the shake was tasted strong bitter coffee over sweet, I didn't finish it. Dissatisfied with that shake totally. For 1.89 for a medium Soda is ok. But a filled cup of ice and two sip of Pepsi is enough to say I'll never go back to that Arby's location ever again. It's get better. I called the manager at that location. Name T* told me that when the shake comes out the machine sometimes the syrup don't blend right. Smh, ok I would believe this if I had never made a shake in my life before. She never addressed the over ice cup Pepsi issue or apologize for the inconvenience. She did asked me can I come by to the store for a replacement shake. I told her I don't live in that area. I can come back Thursday. She said, we extended replaces no farther than 24 hours. I'm like,???? Ok. You mess up my order that I paid my hard earned money for. And I get attitude and restrictions when I can get my replacement items. Thumbs down....
Read more3 stars for service for the male the was stuck working window and helping the lobby. Staff in back was very loud and too busy in their own conversation to help this one guys out. I could hear them coughing/hacking, and coworker(s) saw 'ewww' and just laugh it off while they are in back with the food.
Burger was recommended by the guy working - but when it came out to us it was somehow in three pieces? Old and barely warm.
Buffalo chicken wrap - it was barely wrapped and sadly the tortillas Arby's has changed too are even sub-par to a 14yo boy that he didn't even want to eat it.
To the guy working - I hope you see this and I'll pray for you to find something better because you are far too good for that store and the coworkers you are stuck...

It's something you really can't put into words, you just had to experience it yourself.
I always thought these guys are sooooooo lucky to have him.
His larger than life presence and genuine kindness and good spirits is what led us to want to spend our lunch break there every single day!
He was an "Incredible Asset".
We still go to Arby's occasionally. It's a good place to eat. It's just not our "go-to" place for lunch anymore.
