Big Grove Coffee Company — Restaurant in Omaha

The coffee at Big Grove is incredible. However, both times I have gone, I have had to wait for the barista to come out of the bathroom to serve me. I’m unsure if it’s their normal to have one person working, but I’m confused why the shop is left unattended so frequently. I have stayed to study before, and I’ve witnessed customers coming in and asking for a manager, and then waiting 5+ minutes to speak with her because she is elsewhere in the building. It’s my first time here. All the parking around is paid parking. They have three 15 minute parking for people who want to get coffee and leave. The place is huge with medium seating area size. I tried their strawberry matcha latte, I’m very disappointed. It was too sweet and tasted like drinking sweet milk.
