Terrible service by the rudest, most offensive female bartender that I've ever experienced anywhere. Was suspiciously out of everything that we wanted to order and refused to serve us after we asked for our drinks in real glass. Was told the guy sitting next to us got a real glass bc hes been coming there longer???? Been popping in and out of this little hole in the wall for years and have never been discriminated against so badly. This bar is located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. They have outdoor concerts night after night in warm weather, with off key singers screaming into the mic. The music is so loud it can be heard at the ball park, which is a mile away. The owners of the Brokedown Palace do not care about the residents who live around them who work, or have children, or who are elderly, and need to be able to sleep at night. I love that this place is dog friendly both inside and out! They even have water bowls & all the patrons go out of their way to say hi to your pet. They have some happy hour deals, Keno, and a nice variety of local and national beers. There’s also karaoke and live music, depending on the day of the week that you go.
