Read moreGreetings from Indiana! We were in Omaha for a robotics competition and had the pleasure of visiting Coneflower Creameryâthanks to a local artist at Hot Shops who highly recommended it.
Having traveled far and wideâfrom Asia to California to New York and many places in betweenâI can confidently say Coneflower serves the best ice cream weâve ever had. Their meticulous attention to flavor and quality truly sets them apart.
During our visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, who I later found out is the owner. With his signature handlebar mustache, he was humble, welcoming, and made our experience all the more memorable. He even graciously posed for a photo when I asked!
The next day, we stopped by their Millwork location, where all the ice cream magic happens. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my sonâs food allergies, even preparing fresh batches just for him. Their thoughtful care meant the world to us.
We also loved the decor and the unique viewing area where you can see the âice cream labâ in action. Everything about the experience was so delightful, we couldnât leave without picking up a T-shirt (the yellow one with the cone and flowersâof course!).

Normally, Iâd never select 4 scoops at an Ice Cream shop, but believe me - you wonât want less! The scoops are the perfect size so you can enjoy multiple flavors in one trip.
Coneflower Creamery Ice Cream is thoughtful when creating Ice Cream for Omaha. The flavors are well-balanced and creative without âtrying too hardâ. Approachable, yet indulges me with new and exciting combinations every time!
Their signature flavors are nostalgic: Grandma Minnieâs Lemon Bar, Tart Cherry Crumble, and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Shortbread will take you back to sitting on grandmaâs front porch on the farmđ„č
Vegan or not, their vegan sorbet selections are delicious! The passion fruit sorbet is my favorite - so refreshing!
Seasonally, the carrot cake and kingâs cake flavors are fun. And again, the flavors are thoughtfully balanced, even on âpop upâ flavors!
The only problem with Coneflower Creamery? Narrowing down 4 flavors to stack in your crisp waffle coneđ€€đđ„°
