Attended an event at this DJs location and the private room you can reserve is very spacious and accommodating for large groups. There is a very large screen in the room as well for displaying movies or other things. There was one server dedicated to the group - he was very polite and prompt. I had no issues ordering what I needed & receiving my order. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and pretzel appetizer, while my guest ordered the Cobb salad. She wasn't overly thrilled with her choice, the pretzel appetizers were delicious - soft, warm, & salty goodness. My buffalo chicken wrap was pretty good - I will note the buffalo sauce here is a bit hotter than many other places I've gotten something similar. I placed an order to-go online while in my event and it was ready to go by the time I left, but there wasn't anyone around the register or noticing me standing there until I flagged someone down walking by. The main area of DJs is filled with seating and an ungodly amount of TVs that are all turned to different sports programming. It's very casual/laid back here...honestly, unless I have an event to attend I don't think I would have ever stopped here. It's just not my style & I did think the prices were pretty steep - I know inflation & wages are driving everything up, but my appetizer price just seemed a little unreasonable for what I received that night. Overall, if you're into sports or looking for a good sized room to hold a party or gathering then definitely look into DJs - otherwise if you're just looking for bar food with a nice atmosphere, I would...
Read moreVery rude female lady working the main bar tonight.12/15/22 We called and waited 15 to 20 minites for our pickup order and at our designated time 6 minutes after the time provided and I decided to go in and pick up the order. The bartender said one minute and I said okay She asked from half way across the bar if I had a pickup order and I am hard of hearing and it was very loud. She came back and said a total and I let her know I paid online and told her the order. She rudely said “well I asked you your order just now and said you have 2 dozen wings not a dozen” and made a scowling and dissatisfying look. Again, I heard the word wings and nothing else because it was loud, so this behavior is uncalled for. I grabbed my food at this point upset at that this lady could talk to a customer like this when we have been in the car patiently and made it easier by coming in after a long wait with no update. I would have come in to get the food right away if someone said it was to busy to run the food out. The food is soggy and cold. The last few trips have been extremely disappointing from the quality of food and service. Going and getting dinner should not be this aggravating and time consuming when there are set pickup times. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend
Again This is not the only bad experience we have had here. Do not recommend
I see many reviews about bad service with this one and no one believes the we will look into it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Your customers feel unappreciated...
Read moreService can be hit or miss. Used to come here often but it seemed like there was just something wrong each time we came, often due to slow service. After several of these incidents I haven't been back. I will say though that one server here is probably the best I've had anywhere in terms of speed but unfortunately all the other issues overshadowed that visit.
A couple things that stood out:
Three of us ordered tap beer. They were all (very) warm so we asked the server about it. She said the cooler was having problems and she could give us bottles instead. That's fine, but if you knowingly have an issue with the beer temp let your customers know that when they're ordering.
Someone I was having drinks with order a Sam Adams Winter Lager (seasonal). The server came back with a very different beer. When he asked her what beer that is she said it was another (can't remember the name) because the winter lager was gone. Tell the customer before you fill the drink with a...
