Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I placed a delivery order and was told I'd have it within 45 min, at the hr mark when in fact on the tracker it showed it was being delivered for 15min already,I called and the manager was rude as hell told me he had one driver and that in fact my order was so e but the driver was out and wouldn't be ba k for lime 20 mon and i asked hi. Why it snows bei g deli ered and he told me I could witherwait foe itor get my money back o explanation For why he was taking orders stillif he had only one driverand couldn't deliver, I told him I would wait. After about half hr he called me back and saidthe order was on its way. This was like 1030 by this time. I aaid thank you and decided it would be satisfactory aince they had one driver, well another hr passes and I called back and didn't get an answer. I had given up and went to bed. At 1am exactly there's knock at door and my roommate woke me up cuz there's the dominos delivery driver. He was very kind and apologized and I felt bad for him. Part of my order was missing and the food all was dead and gross nothing I could eat,he told me to call Tom and he would refund my $53, i saved receipt, called Tom, or left message after message after message for Tom but Ive never gotten a follow up, nor have I ever gotten my $53 refunded to my card or the order, in full,replaced...i would habe to recommend that nobody deal with the L st location because not only is the ride manager that took my order and complaints the first night but obviously even Tom,the manager I was told was in charge and would fix the issue are both incompetent when it comes to running a resteraunt. It has been a month and nothing has been done. Almost 3 n half hrs to deliver food , showing up at 1am with order half complete, and a month of a manager not taking time to fix the problem. Completely disrespectful. Invasive on my online review. I gave them one star for their online review and before I get my delivery I received a call from the general manager... I think his name was Christy?? Or Christopher or something like that. Anyways I immediately got a call from him asking why I gave them a one star review, I felt offended because you shouldn't be wasting my time calling me up questioning my opinion of their online program. Dominoes should be talking amongst themselves and not calling me out on my one star review. Long story short poor customer service and personal disrespect.
