Worst customer service ever. I know it's just a chain pizza joint, but dang.
They make mistakes more than they should, but are normally quick to fix them and the employees, until lately, have been pretty friendly.
Made a simple order tonight, then got a call over 30 minutes later from a lady saying she was a manager, saying they have no drivers and to come pick it up. I asked if they were going to offer some sort of discount for that. She said she'd give me 10% off the order. I told her that it wasn't worth dropping what I was doing, getting up and throwing on shoes and driving out there to save like 2 bucks. So she very angrily snapped, "Fine, I'll just cancel the order then," then slammed down the phone.
I figured I'd call back to get her name so I could make a complaint, but I've called 4 times so far and each time, they just pick up and immediately hang up the phone. So yeah, I'll just stick to all of the other places in Omaha (not that they'll care).
I think most people out there would rather deal with mediocre food or the occasional mistake rather than such terrible customer service. The plus side to all of this is that I place the food orders for my office and we had been using this location quite a bit as it's relatively nearby. Not...

Last order was taking even longer than usual (always takes longer than expected) finally on the app tracker it showed that the driver had arrived but it was my neighbor's house (2 houses down the street from me). When I called the store and told the that the driver had delivered to the wrong house and that was actually the first time something like that happened. The store told me the driver is still in his way and has not arrived at my location yet. After waiting for to long I drove to the store so they can tell me that they had the wrong address (doesn't make any sense) and when I asked for the corporate phone number the story changed for the 3rd time. After calling corporate to explain all that, I was told someone will contact me back. That never happened, I guess Domino's does NOT care about their customers. So I will never eat at Domino's ever again, in the United States anyway because is nothing like the service of Domino's in Europe. So...
Read morePlaced an online order for pick up at 11:45am for 4 Sandwiches and some boneless wings. The order confirmation said it would be ready within 20-40 mins. We showed up around 12:30pm and was told that it wasn't ready yet but would be shortly (no big deal). At almost 1pm it still wasn't ready and we were told it was almost done. At 1:08pm we got a text saying it was in the oven and would be done in 8-10mins. Finally at just after 1:30pm we got our order. The guy was very rude when handing over our order. When we got back to eat it (which is maybe 5 mins away) the food was not hot. It was warm but definitely not hot. 2 of the sandwiches we ordered were Chicken Bacon Ranch but they didn't have any ranch. Thankfully we ordered ranch dipping for the buffalo wings so we were able to put some of that on the sandwiches.
