I ordered tonight, 4 hrs ahead of time. My order was delivered at the wrong time (while we were still out trick or treating) and the wrong food was sent. I called to complain, the manager got an attitude with me and started yelling at me. I wasn't yelling when I first talked to them, but I was upset. They basically told me specified delivery times don't matter, they deliver when they get the order. They never even asked for my order number to look to see what went wrong (any other time I've had issues with other locations they did). I ended up hanging up on them because by the end of the phone call, I was yelling because they were being so rude. I put a complaint into their corporate office. Thankfully, my correct order came at the correct time, 10 min after my phone call. I guess they have no idea what they where doing tonight and sent my order out twice, making more work for themselves. Not because the manager wanted to fix the situation (not enough time had passed for them to have made the food and have it delivered ). I explained the mix up to the driver and told him I wanted my correct food.    Read moreThis location is normally fine for me, I've barely had any issues except for the last time I ordered. I did it through the app for delivery and it said the order was completed/delivered (left at door) but it wasn't there. I have a camera so it would see if anyone came to my door to drop off or even steal the food. I called the place, was on hold for 10 min, hung up and called again and got through. Got transferred to a manager about the issue and she said the driver was telling her he left it on the steps. I looked everywhere outside and didn't see it and told them I have a camera. And she was like he said he heard it ding when he walked by. Well that is just straight up a lie or wrong house then cause my doorbell doesn't ding with motion, only if you press the button. If they pressed the button I would have 110% got a notification then! I told them this and they put my on hold for 30 min. I had to hang up and call back. On top of that, I happened to be outside while on hold and straight up saw the dominos driver drive by and stop at the wrong house to probably check if he delivered the pizza and then drive off.. like I saw the uniform so I am just confused.    Read moreI ordered pizzas three times from there three different occasions and my food was delivered to another address when I put my order in I made sure the address was my exact address and my food was still delivered to the wrong address when I called to The place that was supposed to be delivering it. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and I call from two different numbers when I went up there to find out what was going on. He said thereâs nothing they could do. My food was already delivered when they were glad to take the money from my card through their app. I am very upset with this location. It does not matter if you order on DoorDash and or the website or call them direct, they are strictly unprofessional and do not try to work out things when it is their problem for making the mistake. You know I donât go in there all upset. I just go in there and ask them directly. You know whatâs going on in a nice calm voice and a lady and our owner at the front just looks at you so dumbfounded like sheâs on some type of drugs.
