Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I tried to order online, but got confused because I couldn't order chicken on my pizza, so I called and asked if I was trippin or not. The guy was super friendly and laughed a lil and told me yes it was still a topping. I still couldn't order it from the app, so I called back to just make the order over the phone, and he told me he misspoke and said that the chicken was recalled. No issues, so we ordered a medium bacon pizza, a cheesy marinara sauce, 2 cheesy breads with marina, a loaded buffalo chicken wings and the bacon bbq chicken wings. Paid over the card with the phone, and delivery was very fast(I didn't even get a chance to rip them), but they forgot my 2 marinara dips with my cheesy breads. I didn't wanna make them come out just for 2 dips, but I still paid extra for them so I called to just get them refunded. It was a little difficult bc we don't order often, so a credit to my account wouldnt have been much of a benefit for me, and I didn't really understand why they couldn't have refunded me(it was because of waiting for it to process, so I would have to call back tomorrow, but that just doesn't make sense to me bc you can usually refund something on the spot for the most part), and I did tell them I didn't want them to have to come back out for 2 dips in this cold weather. They immediately offered to come back out. I apologized and said I would appreciate it. They came back out and we're again very fast, that I didn't get to give them a tip before getting to the door. The phone conversation was very friendly even with me being a little difficult about the refund. They must have gotten new staff recently or something, because the experiences that we have had were 100%...

Had horrible customer service. We waited patiently for our pizza to be delivered. An hour went by and called to ask about it. Turns out it had been delivered in the frigid cold and they just sat it outside without ringing the doorbell. The only thing the manager could say was that the delivery guy was his best and he always rings the bell...... as if we were lying. Most establishments show concern or that they are sorry for what happened. Manager said there was nothing he could do in this situation. The tracking system didn't work and text messages never happened. It showed delivered in their system, but it said 5 hrs earlier. The whole system had failed. What would have to happen to actually get a manager that cared that our pizza sat outside for more than a half hour in below freezing temperatures. Technically pizza can be warmed up in the microwave and tastes fine, but it's the principal of it. My husband and I were right there and never heard a thing. The employee in question was gone so the manager said he couldn't ask him what he did. Well manager 101 states you believe your customer and show a little concern about what happened and apologize. We weren't asking for our order to be free, but something would have been nice. Other restaurants understand this, but this Domino's does not. We question every time, should we order from this location. The answer is no. ...

Update: Made the bad decision of trying them again and hoping things had gotten better. I couldn't of been more wrong. This place is a disaster. Staff are rude. Apparently you can't ever reach or talk to the owner or someone higher up then the store. They do not care about customers and quality either. Pizza is never cut properly. I put for extra cheese and I still has 30% of the pizza with no cheese one it. Wasn't cooked right and the pizza looked like someone had made it with zero experience. How this place is still in business blows my mind. Don't waste your time trying to order here. Pizza Hut is across the street and a thousand times better. And you won't wait hours to get you pizza either! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOES. PIZZA HUT IS ACROSS THE STREET. SO MUCH BETTER.

So unbelievably done with Dominoes as a whole. This location is the worst too. They are never on time. I've had many orders wrong or not done right. Management here doesn't seem to care and the people higher up never respond to issues by customers. DO NOT GO HERE if you want good quality and on time. They have turned into a joke. And this is sad because a few years ago they were actually pretty good. I am done with them. You guys have lost a long time ongoing customer and I will definitely never...
