We drove all the way from Fremont specifically for Don and Millies. We placed our drive thru order, granted it was for 4 adults and 2 kids, and proceeded to wait patiently for our meals. We were then told that my credit card didn't work but that they didn't think it was our fault. I kindly gave them my debit card instead and the reader wouldn't take that either. They apologized and told us their reader was stuck 'connecting' and to leave unless we had cash. We had already driven an hour and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be told 'oh well.' Very disappointing service from this location especially when we were speaking to a "manager". What that tells me is that either they were ready to throw away 60 dollars of food instead of comping us for a huge inconvenience or they didnt want to ruin their drive thru numbers having to prepare a "long" order. A bit of customer service and out of the box thinking would have made the experience way better and now instead of getting a 5 star review, you...

Well here's how it went made the order got it all in got it paid for it got our drinks everything normal is usual then when it came time to pick up the order I had to ask for the chili a second or third time then when the order I took over to the table was a different order as of for one person than what it was for me my order was correct the other order was incorrect just to put it simply a single cheeseburger ordered with ketchup only and yet it came out at Double as well as everything on it tomatoes lettuce you get the picture so you got to be sure and get your order in and then double check it before you even leave the counter with that said I'll be visiting a different Don and Millie's I'm a very busy person and I don't have time for a lot of this although I took time out for this ridiculous review all I can say now is too many words not the best but yet...
