Delivering Qdoba is the primary reason that I find myself visiting this location. It can be awkward to find your way into the parking lot, but they have a lot of space available. Unlike their competitors, they do not take order details online and build the items for pickup, and they don't have any way to identify or expedite services for delivery customers.
My last visit, I was trying to fulfill a customer request, only to learn that they offer different options online than are available in the store. The employees did not make any efforts to give reasonable suggestions for substitutions. One of my first visits, they helped me wow the customer by providing free cups of guac and sour cream, but this is inconsistently offered it seems. Add to this the fact that I had a very long wait and had to ask which burrito was which (they built two for me, marked them 1 and 2 but didn't tell me which was which). At least for this visit, the lunch rush seemed poorly managed... And it resulted in my delivery being delayed, which reflects on my performance, even though it's outside of my control.
I think they would do well with improved efficiency. I also think that if they are going to offer delivery, they should establish different procedures and do some in house training, because it does get tiresome having to explain what I'm doing to associates.
Sidenote... I know that they don't have control over the customers but... It does seem that this location attracts a number of entitled persons that have no issue breaking the law and inconveniencing others to get...

I ordered my nephew a kids meal nacho and he didn’t give me everything that was supposed to come with the kids meal. When I asked him wasn’t an applesauce or another choice of side dish supposed to come with the kids meal and he told me no when every other location gives you all the choices that are supposed to come with the kids meal. I called back to speak with a manager and the same guy who served me told me he was the manager and I told him he didn’t make my order right he told me maybe next time to mention what I ordered before paying. He didn’t even give me a chance to tell him what my order was. Read moreWe used to love to eat here, but lately the food quality has been so poor. You need to keep your food hotter and the meat is always Luke warm and tough. Tell your staff to slow down and not rush the customers. The food is not cheap and so we should get a decent quality meal the way we want it. Also....teach the staff about being aware of hand washing and keeping the place clean. I would have returned my meal today, but the person behind the counter moved garbage cans and then went right back to serving with no gloves! Also, while wiping tables down, never wipe chair where people sit and then the tables....just wrong! And all they did was throw the food on the tables to the floor. It was not busy at all and there was plenty of staff to be cleaning properly. I hope it improves but sadly we wont return. 20...
