Dundee Cork & Bottle — Restaurant in Omaha

This has always been one of my favorite neighborhood establishments. I have met many friends here and recommended it for several years. That being said, my recent experience will keep me from returning and recommending it to others. They staff was rude throughout the night and then kicked us out so they could have our table. No one was standing waiting to sit and apparently our table drew the short straw and no one else was asked. I was so disappointed in my recent experience at Cork and Bottle. I have loved this bar for a long time and it’s always so nice on the patio in the summer but the server/bartender we had recently was extremely rude to us during our whole time there and then basically kicked us out of our table. I wanted to love this place but as someone in the service industry I couldn’t get on board. The “server” (I went and got my own bottle of wine after waiting five minutes…and then had to find him to open it) never asked if we needed anything, asked if the cash on the table was for him, and as soon as I took my last sip of wine told us other people wanted our seat, making us feel awkward to the point of leaving… not the most welcoming...
