CRAFT Salon — Local services in Omaha

This salon is not respectful at all and the hair stylists friends have been harassing me on social media. I even swore while I do not have psychical evidence the hair stylist has stalked me.

Before I went: I was texting a number that told them what I wanted with a given formula. They acted as if they tried a formula another hair stylist posted online to share with others, was illegal or would harm them? The stylist offered to fix my hair for free at first, if she got the approval of her boss since it was not what I wanted, but the owner of the salon said I MUST pay more.

During the consultation they treated me like a kid, did not ask me anything, about lifestyle or job, nothing. The stylist looked at my hair, spoke with the owner, then just came back and told me they can do it today. I had to tell them my hair history, they just said 'ok'.

I tried to be kind because when I confronted the stylist about it being too dark in person, she seemed flustered. I tried to let them down easy in person.

The stylist said I could reach her over facebook.. I did. Then the owner reached out over email.

When the owner refused, I did get upset. They said I attacked them, etc. I thought maybe small claims was my best option. I had blocked them on everything.

Then SHE found me on TIKTOK and got her friends to HARASS ME. I am sure they even found me on reddit as well.

I had my energy code mapped when CRAFT first introduced the system and received the liquid hair treatment. My hair has NEVER looked better, and I’ve used professional haircare products my whole life. My hair was soft and smooth with unbelievable bounce and volume.

I would absolutely recommend CRAFT for all of your hair care needs! They just do things differently. And they have their own parking, which is a total plus when you’re trying to park in Dundee....

My husband, baby, and I moved to Omaha back in August so knew nothing of the area. I met Ari who asked what I wanted done, I told her I had no idea just something different that would give my hair volume and life since I have PP hair loss, she told me her recommendation and I was down to try it so we scheduled it a day before we were due to get Christmas pictures. All-in-all, Ari did a fantastic job on my hair and I loved it. Just went back for my 8-week trim and am still in love. I have had bad experiences with salons in the past so I’m always scared of trying a new place, but I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Everyone was so nice.
