The first time visiting this place seemed very promising. We went in to order a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday. The guy taking our order said that it should not be a problem. He stated he did not know what a cupcake cake was so I offered to send a picture via email to the store. I did. We paid for the order and left.

I sent a couple more emails to them during the week and go no answer.

We stopped by a week later to pick up our order and the lady said that they normally don't do these but since we were told they would and already paid, they would honor. We also stated we sent a couple of emails and she said that they cannot get in their email as the guy who set it up is no longer with the company. We asked about writing happy birthday and she said that she would not have room. The guy, as she stated, hardly works there and he needs to be filled in on the details.

I love stopping by this location of Cupcake Omaha! The ladies that work here are SOOO friendly and patient.

The cupcakes are always moist, and if they make a fresh batch they wont hesitate to give you the fresher one over the ones in the case. I've lived on both coasts, north and south, and these are my favorite cupcakes in the US!! Seriously! The quality is just outstanding and hard to beat.

The Salted Caramel Nut Roll cupcake is to die for and all of their fruit flavored cupcakes are amazing. They don't make the best chocolate cupcakes I've ever had, but theirs are still delicious. As someone who normally passes over cupcakes for a different dessert, this is NOT one to skip! I came in with a very short notice order for 3 dozen cupcakes, and they were so kind in accommodating my poor planning skills. Not only were they so, so kind, the cupcakes are DIVINE! The cake is moist, the topping is just the right amount of sweet, and the filling is a gorgeous little surprise that perfectly compliments the rest of the cupcake. Their cases are stocked with the most gorgeous cupcakes, cookies, and macarons, which I’ll be needing to come back and try ASAP. And the cherry on top is their super reasonable pricing.
