Visiting from out of town, and my mother-in-law wanted to eat here. The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We ordered Kung Pao chicken and Cashew Chicken, both with fried rice. First off these dishes came out from the kitchen in literally one minute which was weird. But stranger still, both meals tasted identical, except one had cashews and the other had peanuts. Both were very bland and flavorless. Also, the fried rice wasn’t the typical fried rice you would imagine with egg, carrots onion and peas. It was literally just… rice that they fried? I’ve never heard of fried rice made that way. I asked to get extra hot sauce to add some flavor, but it did little to improve the taste. My mother-in-law loved it though, so maybe that’s just the style here? But it didn’t...
Read moreGood morning, I normally don't write "reviews” but for me the meal last night was the exception. We’ve seldom had any issues at Jade Garden and my wife has loved everything she's ever ordered. As for me, I would get something to eat at different a restaurant. We were waited on by this immature male waiter in a t shirt with uncombed hair who had a negative attitude to match. My wife had a question on their rewards card, and was answered by him in a flippant, rude manner which defined him to a tee. Somebody might want to educate this character on who, and what the customer is. Note to management; if this is the best you can hire your future obviously doesn’t look good. No successful business wants this kind of representation on their front line. I’ll be real surprised if...
