Please review your cameras 3:23 p.m. today. Come through drive-thru while waiting for my sandwich the order taker in the window older black lady sits back down to eat her food and I witness her rubbing her nose with her same bare fingers that she gets up and touches my sandwich with. I asked her to please have my sandwich re-wrapped as I just witnessed her touching her nose and all over her pickle and then go touch my sandwich for me to touch it and put it in my mouth. I then watch her make a scene about me asking her to have my sandwich wrap because I prefer to not have her boogers in my lunch today. The lady that was re-wrapping it I'm concerned did not change her gloves because now this lady with dirty hands has twice now touch my sandwich to put it in the bag and then to hand it off and if the gloves weren't changed then nothing was changed and the same contamination is on that second sandwich and no one wanted to understand that. We placed our order on the app. Over 1/2 hour later the app was still showing order received however not out for delivery. I simply called up to the store to ask and was faced with nothing but attitude. Fast forward 15 minutes later when the order got here, the driver gave me someone else's order.... thankfully I was able to catch her. She gave me what I thought to be the right order. Got the box in side and noticed we were missing all 4 bags of chips and the cookie we had ordered and paid for. Supposedly the chips were going to be sent 'right'.... we're still waiting. And now no one really wants them. This really isn't about the chips, it's about the over all experience. From the first call to delivery absolutely horrible. HOWEVER every time we've gone to the store we've had a great experience. Wonder why they can't get deliveries right. Not the first time we've had problems with delivery from...

I was in the drive-thru, the kid took my order. Very nice. Please and thank you all kinds of manners. I did not catch his name. I am half dissociating because I just did a workout and sweaty and just need to put carbs into my body and this kid is, I think, the only person working here and got stuck with like a gaggle of middle-aged white Karen's at the counter. It took maybe five minutes for him to get back to me again. I don't know. Perhaps less, perhaps more. This beautiful young man who did not need to give me anything, apologized profusely for the time it took for me to get my sandwich and I just looked in my bag! He gave me so much mayonnaise and a free brownie! Five stars for that man. Five stars for him....
