I placed an order and in the special notes put the number to call on arrival. I waited 30 minutes and called the store directly and was promptly put on hold for 10 minutes (not exaggerating) hung up and called back. I asked to speak the the manager and the person who answered was the same from before and declared that he was indeed the manager. I explained the situation and he asked me the address, he said that the driver had shown up, called and texted me. I asked him, because I received no correspondence, if it was the number listed in the special notes. He read it out loud to a man who I presume was the driver in the background who was all the while exclaiming that he “already been there”. Then he began to laugh and said “oh we on our way right now”. By this point I’m obviously not in the mood to even get my sandwich because I feel that was totally unprofessional coming from someone who was supposed to be managing a store. I asked to have a refund and for my order to be canceled. He simply said “aight but aye, it’s gone take a couple days for yo refund since you already paid for it”. Worst first and...
Read moreI ordered from the store 2 to 3 times a week I’ve never had a problem before. Today I ordered and at 11:14 I got an email that it had been received it is now 1216 and I still haven’t gotten my food. I called the store and spoke with the manager Michelle who first told me I live in a gated community and the driver couldn’t get in. This is not true I am literally just a few blocks down the street from them and I’ve never had a problem getting the food delivered before. She was very very rude and refused to give me the number of her boss who is named Angie but said she would have her call me back. She said they are not allowed to give out that bosses phone number? I am very very displeased does Michelle was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Very poor customer service. She did call me back and explain that the driver had read the address wrong and that they will be giving me my food but she cannot give me a refund until she speaks to her boss and gets permission. Read moreTerrible, rude service!!! I should have taken notice when I called in my order and was snapped back with we don’t have drivers until this evening. I am picking it up, I didn’t ask for delivery.
We were told 20 minutes, we were there in 5 and there were only 2 cars in drive thru. No other cars there. My wife told drive up attendant she was early and did we hear right 20 minutes. She then offered to pull out and wait. We had a trailer , she was told we couldn’t back up or drive around the other car waiting . ( this was said with an attitude of we are going to now have to put you ahead of others) I voted for showing her we could drive around and just leave.
What happened to the days of just be kind to the customer and provide a genuine service without the attitude.
Good thing there are lots of other places to eat that appreciate getting business and not try to scare them off. We won’t be eating...
