Juice Stop — Restaurant in Omaha

I come here all the time and I almost never have issues at this location. Most of the time they are super friendly and make drinks quickly and accurately. Today I sat in line for almost 20 minutes and when the attendant came out and asked what I wanted, I asked for two 24 oz drinks. While I was waiting I downloaded the app so I could get the BOGO free promotion. When I get to the window I show the barcode and pay for the discounted drinks, but then the attendant hands me two 16 oz drinks, not what I asked for. I told her this and she said "I thought you asked for 16 oz, thats what I charged you for. Do you want me to remake it?" I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it since I had perishables in the car, but the correct response should have been, "I'm so sorry I misheard you, I'll remake that right away at no charge". I am disappointed and annoyed that when I went in to use my Amazon local coupon today I was turned away because "the owner said you have to print it out". I stood there like an idiot. My drink was already made and on the counter, I felt pressured to pay for it but I have already paid for the coupon. I walked out of your store embarrassed and a little angry. When I purchase one of these vouchers, I always read the fine print. The first note on this coupon says "present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival". It does not say "coupon only valid if you own a printer". If your concern is that you don't have a way to scan the vouchers, then why don't you just give the customer a punch card, and mark the voucher as used directly on their smartphone? I went today and got the World Cup and I waited in like for 20 minutes because it was busy. They don’t make the drinks the same here I guess because it tasted just like straight milk, but I’ve had the World Cup from the Aksarben and Center street locations and it’s amazing. I went back in the long line and asked them politely to remake it because there was no flavor and it was just milk. They were super nice and remade it. The second one was worse. It was the consistency of a glass of water and they didn’t even fill it all the way. I can’t attach the video I took, but I’ve never had this bad of an experience. It took around 45 minutes of me waiting to get something I didn’t even drink because it was so bad. I’m sad because this location is the closest to my house and I love Juice Stop, but I’m not...
