Juice Stop — Restaurant in Omaha

Me my wife and daughter decided to go to juice stop today 4/26 bout 4pm for some smoothies... The staff was very friendly as we took time to look over the menu. It was me and my wife’s first time... We opted to let the guest that was behind us go first as we was still reviewing the menu, that’s when we noticed the guy making the smoothies was dipping in the sherbet with no gloves and his knuckles and the back of his hands was clearly getting in the sherbet cause each time his hand came up to rinse the spoon.... he had fresh sherbet on them..... so in the middle of ordering I said I no longer wanted anything because he should be wearing gloves especially during a time like this plus he is handling food and make it so bad there was a visible full box of disposable gloves right on the counter.... Love coming to Juice Stop for my Smoothie fix. They always have a fantastic variety of fruit forward Smoothies to choose from. Today I got the Caramel Apple Smoothie and it blows any apple pie milkshake you’ve ever had out of the water! Smooth and creamy but with all of those fall flavours that are so warm, comforting and cosy. It totally was a delicious treat!! I love the staff at every location I’ve been too, so happy and friendly and how they give such care to a simple smoothie. Can’t wait to come back, hopefully in time to try the Jacolantern before it gets taken off for the season. I was on my way to an event out of the way when I started spitting out little plastic pieces I found in my smoothie. I went all the way back to juice stop to get a refund and received attitude from Claire because she was confused to why I would bring back a smoothie barely drunk with plastic hair like looking pieces in it. I am disappointed in the service I got and when she tried to give me$5.50 back and I corrected her because it was $6 because I added daily blend I received more attitude.
