Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Omaha

I order the 15 shrimp and a large coleslaw. Every week. I always request no sauces please at the ordering menu broad and again when I pay. No sauce please. Every time I get very large amounts of sauce, cocktail and tartar even the vinegar for a month it’s been like this. Just a little advice, Please check your bag for your order before you leave, because they will have you driving back to get the rest of your order. No apologies in fact one employee thinks that’s funny to inconvenience the paying customer. The quality of the food is acceptable so I don’t usually complain. But this time I call and voice my concerns to one of an acting manager? She told me that I’m welcome to visit other locations if you have a problem. Sarcasm, I guess. I asked what’s wrong with getting what I asked for. Her rebottle was it’s only three of us here and sometimes information doesn’t get shared. I said every order? On different days. I said I’m just informing you that your staff is wasting food cost and upsetting your customers by not doing what’s requested. I come from a forgotten era where when requested the restaurant honored the customers request. Now of days honoring the customer is a thing of the past. All I can say is eat at your own risk. Waited over an hour with manager telling us our food was coming up as she left with her food. Then the other attendant said the manager had kicked all the orders before hers back and they didn’t even have ours on the screen anymore. Gave them our receipt to get the order as they have a sign that says no refunds, now I know why the need for the sign.Then they lost our receipt and had to print a duplicate receipt, and still didn’t get what we had ordered. This place is slow, inept and rude. And all this when they weren’t even busy. Every order at the desk and drive thru had to wait and most of the orders were short food they ordered. Corporate needs to investigate this lousy place. And the tables weren’t even clean. Will not be returning. This restaurant is on north 30th street I suggest if you want chicken go...

Wow... strange place, went through drive through( long johns), was asked about sauces and said yes please load me up and was told to pull around and park, food would be brought out etc, I said ok just please!! Sauce,malt vinegar! Well, there were 5 other cars waiting, long wait, one unhappy customer was knocking on the locked door to ask about his order, a very combative loud rude defiant manager stormed out told the man " we don't give refunds" lots of cussing, mans wife came up, police were called, just ridiculous.. manager needs to be FIRED, after all that we got our order, I said " lots of malt vinegar!?? She said"yes!" Got home...no...
