Ok the mcds on 30th and weber is by far the worst on customer service! We ordered all 6 kiddos food my youngest of course was flipping out for happy meal so we asked if they could just put his food in a separate bag to appear to be a "happy meal" the girl said "uh nah you have to buy a happy meal" so we said fine got a happy meal. She then asked what we wanted for the drink I said none since he already had one. Where she proceeded to argue with me about how I HAVE to get one I said NO I Don't! Then to make me more angry she was rude at the window and couldn't provide me with a receipt....go to second window where I was handed torn and appeared to be molded f ing straws! And a DAMN milk. My child is lactose intolerant! Besides I said NO drink. So I took my happy self inside and complained....it took 13min standing at register in an empty lobby before they would even acknowledge me even though they ALL looked at me!!!! They all said I HAD to take a drink I said no I don't and shoved the milk back to them and threw down the nasty straws....they did nothing....they can count their butts I'm calling management I'm so angry never going...

WHY have businesses given up on training employees in REAL GENUINE Customer Service? At this particular store, you have an employee named Angie. She most certainly would benefit from additional training. She took my 2 product order, I drove to the pay window where she was after waiting a few minutes because she never acknowledged my order, didn't tell me the amount or review my order, so I just drove ahead. She opened her window without acknowledging me. I stated she seemed annoyed with me, and she immediately shut her window without saying a word. Sooooo, I waited for my change and then asked for her first name. She refused. I said, "Fine, I will ask at the next window." This young lady should stay in the back, away from the public, until she receives the PROPER training. Your company is doing the public a grave disservice with her poor attitude and poor customer service. I can honestly say I will no longer give you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBy far the worst McDonald's ever aside from the one on 24th an Cummings and 30th and Ames I have never experienced so much in life at any other store the people are rude the managers are rude and them gm Hope is the rudest of them all how hard can it be to NOT put pickle and mustard on a sandwich it's not complicated at all I'm highly allergic to mustard and not 1 not 2 but 3 times in the same trip I got the same sandwich with mustard that I asked for without spoke to Hope who is them GM and she couldn't offer up a simple apology wow and the sad part about it is I have worked for 2 different franchise owners and the motto has always been customers first on this occasion I don't know what happened terrible terrible service and to top it off Hope (Gm) doesn't know who she works for I couldn't believe a place could have such terrible service...
