I ordered two mcflurries for pick up through the drive thru. One oreo mcflurry with extra toppings and one m+m mcflurry regular. The screen read one oreo mcflurry that was charged, with charges for each of the extra toppings and one m+m mcflurry charged. Those were the only two items on the receipt. I apologize dearly beforehand if the women in the second window happens to be undeveloped, but she was very unkind and rude. I somehow got two oreo mcflurries with no toppings in either. When I had gone back to get just the m+m mcflurry, the women in the second window was not cooperative even after being shown the receipt. She tried to send us off saying her screen read two oreo mcflurries and told us the toppings were all at the bottom in one of them. I again repeated that there was an m+m flurry on my receipt and again showed her my receipt. After the women finally gave up the arguing, she went and got the m+m mcflurry and handed it over very obviously trying to be rude. The m+m mcflurry appeared very melted compared to the others she just had handed me and neither of the oreo mcflurries had the toppings like she said there was in one. My opinion? I don’t believe the melted ice cream was a coincidence but purposely done out of spite from the worker, nor the missing toppings, nor the quickly whipping up two oreo mcflurries to quickly get the order done. I have loved mcdonald’s my whole life, always have, always will. Everyone’s aloud the tough days , we all have them but to be this unpleasantly rude over your own mistakes is actually mind blowing. The women made me very uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcomed. There’s millions of other locations I can surely go to and have no problem with doing so but please Mcdonalds, you’re a huge part of peoples everyday lifes, make yourselves aware of the situations that occur in your very windows and hire people in the window who can handle small stressful situations such as this one properly so customers can go back to having a pleasant expierence at mcdonald’s, instead of dreading of going because how rude the workers can...
Read moreOl’ McDonalds, Well I usually stick to McDonald’s breakfast, and I have to say, it’s one of my favorite ways to start the day. Their oatmeal is fantastic, creamy and comforting, and I can’t get enough of their coffee—rich and flavorful, it really hits the spot. My go-to is the simple egg sandwich with a round egg (no folded egg for me, please!), a slice of melted cheese, all nestled on a warm biscuit. It’s the perfect breakfast combination!
When it comes to their french fries, they are definitely the best out there, but I wouldn’t call them the absolute winner of all fries. To get them at their peak, I recommend ordering them without salt. That way, they cook them fresh, and if you can wait about three minutes, you’ll get that perfect batch. Just sprinkle on some salt afterward, and you’ve got a great side to complement your meal. Personally, I enjoy a fish sandwich or a spicy McChicken with my fries.
One thing I’ve noticed is that McDonald’s has some of the best-tasting soda, with just the right amount of carbonation. It’s a little touch that enhances the meal. Also, don’t forget to use the app to collect points for free food and drinks—it’s a nice bonus!
However, I’ve had mixed experiences with service. Sometimes it’s great, but other times it can be a bit lacking. One area for improvement is the drive-through timing. It always feels rushed, which can be stressful. It would be nice if they could slow it down a bit, allowing customers to safely retrieve their orders without feeling hurried.
Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable breakfast spot, McDonald’s is a...
Read moreI stopped in for dinner this evening. I went inside and ordered from the kiosk in the lobby. It started as a very nice experience.
Then, the very nonplussed young man behind the counter brought me my order and I went on my way. I checked when I got back to my car, and my wife’s meal was missing.
That should have been a sign.
I went back in to find the same young man hanging out behind the counter, playing on his phone, right In front of what I’m assuming was the shift manager. Also a younger guy, light blue shirt. Didn’t even tell him to get off of his phone and do some work.
They got me the food that was missing and I went on my way.
I got home, low and behold, my sandwich was completely wrong. No bacon, everything I said to omit was there.
It was 5:45 but there were 3 cars in the drive thru and maybe 2 families in the lobby with me. I called the “manager” when I figured out my sandwich was wrong. I wasn’t the most polite person I’ll admit it, but when I asked if there was a manager he was very dismissive. He offered to replace what was wrong but I’m already home and that’s an inconvenience at this point.
Store was in good condition and the young kid with glasses was very nice and respectful. He’s honestly the only think keeping this from being a 1 star.
tl:dr - if the stoned looking kids are working, pass and go get...
