My experience at OrthoNebraska was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was entering a five-star hotel rather than a hospital. The facility was spotless, beautifully designed, and radiated a sense of calm that immediately put me at ease.

Check-in was seamless which made the entire process stress-free. What really impressed me was how easy it was for my family to track my surgery updates; they never had to worry about being left in the dark, which gave them peace of mind.

Every staff member I encountered was outstanding. The pre-op team was welcoming and reassuring, which set the perfect tone for the procedure and lower r my stress level. My anesthesiologist was incredibly informative, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable. After surgery, the nursing staff provided exemplary care by tending to my every need with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

One of the most surprising aspects of my stay was how quiet the recovery floor was overnight. Hospitals are typically filled with constant noise, but here, I experienced the most restful post-op sleep I’ve ever had. It truly made a difference in my recovery and allowed me to wake up feeling refreshed rather than drained.

A special mention goes to the dining staff, who exercised saint-like patience when dealing with a patient thoroughly under the influence of pain meds. Whether it was indecisively debating menu options for far too long or forgetting entirely what I had just ordered, they handled everything with kindness, grace, and a giggle. Somehow, despite my questionable coherence, they always managed to deliver exactly what I needed without making me feel the slightest bit ridiculous.

Recovery was just as impressive thanks to the kind and knowledgeable physical and occupational therapists. They not only provided excellent care but also gave me the proper tools and training to navigate everyday activities safely. From learning how to enter and exit a vehicle safely after a total knee replacement to confidently walking up and down stairs and to even showering safely, their guidance was invaluable in helping me transition back to normal life with safety in mind.

I have been a patient of Ortho Nebraska for over 20 years due to a head on car accident I was involved in back in 1995. Dr Singer worked with me on my hips and knees for almost 25 years until he retired earlier thus year(2021). I am now working with Dr. Jassim as of January 2021 and he has been excellent in helping me decide how to proceed. We agreed to a total left knee replacement that was done in March. I was a little concerned as I hadn't know him very long, but when I was told that he did the surgery to replace Dr. Singers knee when he retired I was sold. If he was good enough for Dr. Singer he was definitely good enough for me and he did a quick, clean replacement of my knee that was several years overdue and in really bad shape. Seven months later and the knee is doing as well as can be expected and I plan to have Dr. Jassim replace my right hip by year end. Ortho Nebraska has some of the most highly skilled, most qualified practicioners in the country. ALL of the staff from the front desk to Doctors/Surgeons, Nurses, PAs, Imaging Staff and everyone inbetween has been nothing but pleasurable to work with over the years. They truly care about your health and go the extra mile to prove it! 100% would and have recommended them to others who haven't been able to get the help they need in cities all over the country. I have meet With Dr. Burt twice for my knees at Orthowest. He took the time time to make a proper diagnosis, where others in the past had seemed to make general diagnosis , not really looking deeper to solve the issue. Dr. Burt is a straight shooter, and me me feel good about my recovery options. I would highly recommend him. The front office is extremely focused on getting patients in, and can make one feel a little less than welcomed However they are professional and get you in and out as quick as possible. Overall: Great place I will go back.

Once again Dr. Charles Burt and his teams have exceeded my expectations. They take the time to consider my needs, and offer tangible solutions to my knee problem. Due to the severity of the pain I was in, and the demand of Dr. Burt, I choose to see out a more immediate opinion through another provider. The other provider was quick to prescribe a wide paint brush approach to my problem, and I felt as though he had no concern about my concerns, as if he knew more about my injury than me, which has been chronic. When he said "prove me wrong, you wont be the first or the last", I knew I needed to see someone at ortho Nebraska.
