This has to be the worst experience at a McDonaldâs. I ordered 2 large French vanilla iced coffees with caramel sauce and whipped cream sausage and egg and cheese McMuffin with NO McMuffin or cheese sub round egg for scrambled. When I got to the window to get my order the girl handed me my bag first and then my drinks I look at the drinks and said whereâs the caramel she said itâs in the coffee I said if I ordered a French vanilla coffee why would I add caramel syrup in that I wanted caramel sauce and I was charged for it. She did this motion with her hands and said WHAT? I then repeated myself. She stood and stared at me a few seconds and I asked for the coffee back and when handing her the coffees she snatchâs out of my hand and says park. She didnât apologize or never even said can u park so I can remake the coffees for u she just points and says park and rolls her eyes. About a minute later a man walks out with my drinks and hands them to me. I said thank you and drive away. When Iâm driving to work I take a drink out of one of the coffees and itâs so sweet she never remade my drinks just took off some of the drink from the top with whipped cream and added caramel sauce to it. That is first off gross and unsanitary. I use to work at McDonald and once handed back food or drinks that were made wrong itâs suppose to go into the waste bucket or drinks in the trash and need to be remade. I should call the health department and report it because what else are they doing that itâs not in health guidelines. I get to work and get my food and I have a piece of scrambled egg and no sausage but was charged for it. Like r u kidding me⌠I then call the store and asked to speak to the manager and I was told manager is unavailable right now I asked who the general manager was and the lady in the other end said WHAT IS IT THAT U WANT. U donât talk to anyone like that on the phone especially in a work place. I then asked again can I get the general managers name and she said oh Maggie but before I could say anything else she hung up. This is not ok.    Read moreWe went through the drive through on 12Aug2023 having ordered a #7 2 cheeseburger meal and the person taking the order messed up the order at the ordering screen. We tried to correct the person and he rudely said that his screen was right. When we got to the window to pay, we asked if he had the 2 cheeseburger meal, he then asked if we wanted to add a 2nd cheeseburger. We said no, we wanted the meal the #7. He said he had that. He ended up adding a 2nd cheeseburger but not the meal. We tried to correct it at the next window at which point that person informed his manager. She was upset and started throwing food into the bags aggressively. We were asked to pull forward. When the food was delivered, they did not bring iut the apple juices for the 2 kids meals. I went inside where I waited for more than 5 minutes since no one was managing the cashiers. The manager came to me and I explained the whole situation described here including her attitude. She was very quiet and just gave me the apple juices, nothing else. The cheeseburgers were ordered without pickles and all of them had pickles. The 2 happy meals were chicken nuggets and hambuger but instead we received 2 hamburgers. Fast food is meant to be just that, fast. Customer service is about providing for others. I don't know if it's lacking of training, possibly short staff, or what but being rude and not listening to the customer creates a very negative experience. Let me state that the workers are friendly and the food is cooked according to McDonald's standards. I know fastfood works get a bad rap that is often undeserved but 108th and Maple is why that reputation exists. EVERYTIME we order they get something, just something wrong. They can't fulfill an order accurately. Tonight was ridiculous. Three kids meals and one chicken sandwich meal. Ordered ranch with one of the nugget kids meal, no ranch. Ordered bbq with the other nugget kids meal, no bbq. One of the kids meals was missing the toy. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal by voice with their automated system. I said no lettuce and the voice kindly informed me that lettuce was not an ingredient for that item. Ok, said no pickle, add tomato, add mayo. Reviewed the order with my eyes (and receipt confirmed it) and it was taken correctly. Guess what was on the sandwich? Lettuce. What I asked to keep off and was then told it wasn't part of the item. Are you freaking kidding me? It's like this basically everytime. Usually not this extreme but it's always something. Usually it's the forgetting of the dipping sauce for my kids. How can one location be so consistently poor? Two things ordered (dipping sauce for nuggets are an INCLUDED part of the price) are missing. One thing missing that was not mentioned.
