I am writing to formally address a serious and repeated issue I have experienced with your location. My most recent pizza delivery contained multiple hairs baked directly into the food not just resting on top, but clearly embedded during preparation. This is a fundamental violation of food safety standards.
When I called to report the contamination, I was told to bring the pizza back to the store myself. This is unreasonable considering I paid for delivery and was the one inconvenienced by your staff’s negligence.
Upon arriving at the store, I was met by the manager on duty, a middle-aged woman whose arms were visibly covered in thick, loose hair to the point where they were more noticeable than my own. It does not take a health inspector to connect the dots: without proper grooming or the use of protective sleeves, this is an obvious contamination risk. It is frankly alarming that someone in a leadership role in a food establishment would not take even the most basic precautions to prevent such contamination, especially given that this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue from your location.
The manager’s dismissive demeanor and unwillingness to take responsibility made it clear there is little to no enforcement of hygiene protocols under her supervision. If your management refuses to address a visible and recurring sanitary hazard, then the problem is systemic, not accidental.
I am requesting a full refund, immediate corrective action, and written confirmation that proper sanitation measures including arm hair coverage or other appropriate barriers will be enforced for all food handlers. If this matter is not handled appropriately, I will be forwarding my concerns to the local health department.

Read moreWe are from out of town and the driver called because the doors were locked. He was able to give me the shortest route in my hotel to get outside. Just by giving him my room number. We got everything we ordered. The lady that took our order was polite and even suggested she push our thin crust with extra cheese back in the oven a little in order to get it cooked properly. The pizzas were hot when we got them and the thin crust was crispy. It is easter weekend and this hotel is completely booked. So I guess I'm trying to say that I am sure they were insanely busy, especially because I saw pizza coming in on a few occasions before I made my order, but they took their time and made sure we were taken care of above and beyond the normal requirements. If anyone actually knew me their minds would be blown that I am complimenting them because I am super critical of everything. (For example I am ordering pizza because the dinner I attempted to eat earlier was messy and I lost my appetite) And the fact that I got a warm soda would usually have pissed me off but in this case I was so well taken care of, I didn't even care. (Again, I am sure they we're insanely busy and couldn't keep the fridge stocked, p.s. I used to work at Pizza Hut for many years so that makes me even more critical)Those pizzas were perfect! Read moreI called the store near 75th and Pacific to complain about my order. They kept hanging up the phone on me. When I did get somebody(finally) I was on hold for 38 minutes one time. The next time I was on hold for 17 minutes. Both times I was once again hung up on. I was trying to contact them from 3:05 pm to 4:47 pm on 1/8/22. As far as my order goes, I ordered cheese sticks that came with little cheese on the bread and the cheese was burnt. My pizza was suppose to be a chicken pizza. There was hardly any cheese on it and barely any chicken. When I finally got to speak with the manager, she stated that my order was the way it is suppose to come. I told her I had ordered practically the same thing the day before(1/7/22) and I had no problems and the food was perfect. She did not offer to fix or credit me the part that was messed up.
