Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Omaha

not the best canes in Omaha. We came here on a thursday night and it wasnt to crowded. In fact we were the only ones in line. After spending a few minutes being stared down by the employee she finally asked how she could help us. we ordered our food and we did get it pretty quickly. it was hot and tasted good. But i am giving it 2 stars because the employees are a joke. They don't watch the counter and watch for customers. I watched a girl stand at the counter in front of 2 female employees for over 5 minutes and not get helped. When the one girl finally helped her, she rolled her eyes and sighed at the customer. The tables were clean but the counter was disgusting! there was sticky pop all over the counter and crumbs everywhere. it was really bad. honestly may not be...

Well it took me forever to find which isn't the problem of the store, but and however, the ladies running it were rude and made sure my drink carrier broke on me by watching the drinks overflow and still putting them in the drink carrier like that. I asked for a bag and got huffed at, they all stood there giggling for about 5 minutes before taking my order, the last cooking and the lady in the headscarf were both knowledgeable and seemed nice, which is why there's a 2 star instead of 1, but i didn't have to deal with them. Management needs to enforce or reinforce CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bottom line is the staff is providing a service and we the customers pay for it, therefore, the service needs to be superb. The jokes with ill intent, foul attitudes, and frowns do not belong on display in front of customers. Speak with your staff and remind them that customers are just that, customers not their friends. The guys were alright but the females need to be coached, especially the one with the long bushy ponytail and glasses...the westroads location. I was there getting food during the 4 o'clock hour. To be exact order was placed at 4:48. All of this for food that is mediocre...
