Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Omaha

One of several locations in Omaha. The food came out hot and relatively fast, all is great it would seem.

One problem I had was that I was also sent here as a delivery person. Other locations appreciate being told, but this one was confused when I told them I was making a delivery order.

The order I had in hand was for a sandwich combo, no ketchup. I personally have never had it, don't know what's on it, so I ordered as it was written. The person taking the order basically ignored there no ketchup party of my request, even though I repeated it several times. She ignored it because the thing doesn't come with ketchup. Okay well when we're doing deliveries, we order as is. I have to confirm the order is correct and if you don't have "no ketchup" in the order, it's wrong according to my app. Simply telling me immediately after I said it the first time, telling me that it doesn't come with it, would have saved time and some frustration.

I also really dislike the quips it whatever you'd call them that they say when you pull up. I get that it's trying to be cute but at least for me, I'm not in the most comfortable spot when I'm doing a drive thru... I don't want to have a pun about fast chickens thrown into the process. My mind feels the need to respond to them conversationally, which is always super awkward and I wish I could turn off that setting! I don't know if those phrases come down from corporate or what but I'd rather get communication and solid customer care.

Ordered a 12 piece fingers, french fries and texas toast. When we were at the drive through there must have been an issue with the microphone and we couldnt understand what they were saying. However we could make out go to the window to order, which we did. We moved to the next window to get our food and the young man opened the window, did not say a word and literally threw a sack of food at us, then slammed the window closed. My husband waved and he opened the window back up and asked how much dipping sauce they gave us. He replied we didnt get any sauce with our order. We asked for a manager who also told us we didnt get any dipping sauce with our order and would have to pay for it. After they were both so rude. We handed back our food and asked for our money back. I have never heard of not getting dipping sauce with your chicken strips. We will never eat or attempt to eat...
