I am appalled by the way, Amber, who I believe to be a manager acted yesterday and today when I called to inform them about her horrible customer service.
I drive out of the to go specifically to this location on 101st and maple because the drinks are usually good and the customer service is great. So last night i drive to this location at 730 Tuesday night. I have been cutting back on my coffee so I was beyond excited 😊 I got two orders on the first one we got the new autumn drink and peanut butter crunch blender. On the second one a pumpkin drink , large peanut butter crunch blender with a extra shot and a medium peanut butter crunch blender with extra peanut butter. We even tipped $6 . I tried the medium peanut butter that was supposed to have extra peanut butter and it was the grossest thing I have ever tried with no peanut butter. So I tried the large which is gross as well but did have extra peanut butter So I explained to the drive thru lady i think they got mixed up and the color of the drink wasn't even correct. Amber then takes the stuff your supposed to make the peanut butter crunch blenders and goes to the front counter where she could see me at the drive thru and starts slamming the stuff around. She is slamming her hand on the pump as she staring at me. Then she bangs the peanut butter in there glaring at me even worse. ( first off gross you are at the front counter, second off what horrible way of treating a tipping customer) The girl who took my order hands me my first drink and I taste it, the drink is better but definitely not what I paid for. Then amber decides to come up with a gnarly attitude and fake smile saying "here would you like to try this one to." To me thst seems as if she did something to the drinks. At this point I just drove off without even getting the other drink fixed 😒 I called today to let a manager know what happened and Amber decided to say " thanks for letting me know" at this point I realized Amber was a manager 😅 🙃 so I told her I'll just call corporate and ended our conversation. She then proceeded to call my phone back 2 times being disrespectful and totally not owning up to her wrong doings . She informed me she didn't do anything wrong. This is the first time I have ever complained , wrote a Google review or even wanted to go above in store management I have never had such horrible customer...
Read moreIt's always such a mixed bag ordering a blended super skinny carmel at most locations in the Omaha area. Sometimes you'll get people that'll make great ones, sometimes you'll get ones where the flavor isn't that strong but it's still good, sometimes you'll get the one that I got tonight where all the coffee sinks to the bottom.
The flavor that sinks tastes disgusting and weirdly oily while the top just tastes like ice milk. No other drink I've tried on the menu is like this. With how much more expensive these drinks are getting, it's really disappointing how inconsistent it is.
This is my favorite drink to because it tastes great (when it's made right) but it can go so wrong. I don't expect the coffee to be perfectly consistent, but again, no other blended coffees are this inconsistent and hardly any have ever gone into bad territory for me.
This has happened so many times for me that at this point I'm considering trying something else. I'm really not sure what I could change to though since everything else blended is so high in calories and there are so few other skinny options I'm personally even interested in.
I can't even ask for it to be remade because it's not sinking when it's handed to me and I never notice until I'm gone and where I was headed. I can't really single anyone out here because it really is that random.

Read moreFirst off I'm not a "fancy" coffee person because I don't see the value, but my wife is so I know what to order and this visit confirmed my lack of value. I got called out on an after hours work call and decided to swing through this Scooters for a quick caffeine bump because it was on the way and the wife's coffee spot was hella busy. I ordered a LARGE sugar free iced mocha latte with almond milk and an extra shot. When I got to the window the gentleman realized that my drink was prepared as a MEDIUM. He addressed this with the young lady that was preparing the drinks. SHE resolved this by pouring the medium drink into a large cup and throwing in an additional scoop of ice. I watched all of this through the drive thru window and literally LOL'd at them both. They both looked at me with either complete ignorance or lack of customer care, I'm not sure which, but regardless I got a medium drink for a large price. Also the burrito I got was the size of my palm and a clearly "out of the freezer, 30 seconds in the microwave" snack. Overall pretty disappointing...
