Unfortunately over the last few months service and quality of drinks has gone down hill. I got a smoothie and it was all chunky. I went right back and asked them if they could make me a new one since I was not able to drink it. The new one they made me was slightly better. I thought maybe their blender was not working correctly. So I go back a week later and same thing happened. I am not sure why they would serve a drink with so much ice chunks in it. Worse experience I’ve had at a scooters yet! The “manager” was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for his name to report to the store owner or to scooters for my dissatisfaction he declined to give it to me stating he was u comfortable? Tried to charge me for a bagel I didn’t order and didn’t make my drink right and tried to tell me it was right and I was wrong!!
