Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I normally LOVE scooters. I go to this location pretty regularly. But today I had the WORST experience, the lady who traded with the lovely young girl who was helping me was beyond disrespectful and gave me attitude and made me think of never coming to this location ever again. I was so beyond excited for this location too. But after getting my S’mores cookie all but thrown at me through the window and my coffee shoved at me, and her not even giving my change today. I felt like I wasn’t treated fairly. I know my app was having issues but the treatment I got wasn’t fair. I don’t want to give a one star because the other young lady was so helpful but the older lady who was NOT wearing anything scooters related and seemed upset to be at work that day to begin with was not very nice. I love scooters and I love this location but I might go back to another...

I was excited when this location opened up, its right by me! The younger girls who work here are always friendly and even chitchat with me which is much appreciated!

The other day my drink tasted off (which its okay, it happens) I hate to burden but I went through the line asking if I could get something else instead and I apologized for burdening.
