Hey now, it’s myself, The Johnsters, telling you about my brains thoughts and such per usual. Here now to explain one of the many ways I get that sweet rush of caffeine into the body that is mine. Starbucks. Fantastic, wonderful, they even got the little storing sticks so you can add other things when you get your drink. People wonderful. Give it a shot if you’re near by. Sincerely me. Overall I give this here Starbucks a 15 coffee Mugs out 1 filter.

Well just went through there and tried to call could not get through - I ordered an Americano with heavy cream and their machine must be broken because other than a faint dusting to give it the color… it tastes and smells like hot water with heavy cream… very undrinkable.. I compared smells with my regular espresso I made at home and it is such a strong coffee smell… this was a waste of money - I have to dump it down the drain!

This has been my regular drive thru pickup place. Today i asked for green latte with LIGHT ICE instead I mentioned them VERY LIGHT ICE as well. But i got a green tea latte FULL of ICE. I specifically tell them 2-3 times , but it’s always the same. 1 out of 3-4 times, my order is messed up. Not sure why this happens.

I placed a mobile app order at 7:44, it said it would be done around 7:52, I went in at that time and nothing. Around 8 minutes later the potatoe bites got placed on the counter but no drink. 5 minutes later which had since been about 15 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready, I went to the counter and told them I'm late for work if they can just cancel. She asked what I'm missing, told her the drink. She went to the barista making the orders and she goes "Oh I forgot", makes the drink and calls my name. No apology or anything. Customer service was quick to reply when I contacted them, but this rype of service at the store was disappointing considering it's the closes location to my job.

Since customer service resolved quickly, no issues since the one I previously posted and the fact drive thru baristas are always very friendly,...

So this goes for all the Starbucks locations and I've been to recently by their so accommodating I mean my order that I want is kind of crazy and stupid I like to get the pumpkin spice latte with no coffee and I never get any oh sorry we can't do that or what sorry come again or anything like that they're just like yep OK and they do it and it tastes great I am very picky I like things to be a certain way just like a lot of us do and so Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go especially over scooters because I have a lot of people as scooters were at 1 location they're able to do something and at another location they have no idea how to make that and I go to any Starbucks anywhere and they know exactly how to make everything that I like and I have no problem making it to my exact...

Okay I stop at Starbucks yesterday around 6:40 am and got a chai late hot tea. And this cashier lady give my drink to the person in from of me then I got up to the window I pay for my drink and was waiting and waiting and waiting for my tea and she was keeping taking order and she have 6 order to handle out and she didn't have my in all those. So I ask her what going on right then she told me that she hand out my drink to the person in from of me so she ask to the other batista to make my Chai late. But my point is that she didn't have many people in the drive-thru so why she took so long to realize that she need to make my drink.
