I’m from out of town and I came in to get just a few drinks for my family. The lady at the register was SUPER nice, but we had some trouble ringing in my food so another woman came up to help and told her pretty loudly and in a rude tone that I should’ve told her I wanted to use stars beforehand even though I did. Wasn’t really okay to assume or say it out loud in such manner. Then while I was waiting for my drinks another customer came in and was waiting by the front door as most customers do when TINA asked him if he had a mobile order and he didn’t hear her so she said louder and in a snarky tone “dO yOU hAve A noBilE orDeR?!” After he said no she said “uhm well the register is over there!” In another horrible tone. It's a way to thank the customer for choosing to walk through your door instead of...
