I have pretty high standards when it comes to Chinese food for obvious reasons. I looked this place up because not many places in Omaha serve Cantonese-styled food along with Dim Sum. I ordered online and the menu was definitely intriguing/promising. The process was simple and it told us the food would be ready in 30mins. When I got there the food wasn’t done yet, and I had to wait an additional 15mins before that was done. The owner was nice about it and apologized so I didn’t think too much about it. However, when we got home the order forgot our side rice that comes with the meal. Big disappointment there especially since we had to wait extra to get the food. The main dishes were ok tasting, nothing too special. We also got some steamed pork buns and sesame balls from the Dim Sum menu. The buns were a little small and the sesame balls hardly had any sesame on them. I don’t think I’ll give them another try as there is a place in Omaha that serve excellent Dim Sum and Cantonese-food.

I was hesitant on how to rate my experience. I’ve been eating here for as long as it’s been open. I eat Chinese only a couple times of year and I normally only order from this restaurant. I ordered vegetable spring rolls which were delicious. For my entree I ordered beef chowmein and it comes with a side of white or fried rice. The portions have shrunk down and are served in Tupperware. The rice comes in the traditional white box. I miss the days of all of it being served that way. The staff was nice and gave me 3 soy sauce packets, which you need to ask for otherwise you get 1 packet. Support local.

Here for work. Rough day was looking for a nice hot meal. I got burnt spring rolls, a super flat bottle of Sprite, and my combination platter has only two shrimp but tons of pork and beef then there was friedrice. Some people may find this to be ok. I, on the other hand, actually enjoy fried rice. I am highly disappointed as all the reviews I read gave me the impression that this was a great food choice. I wouldn't recommend it.

Bathroom smelled like mold. Otherwise the dining area was clean. I ordered a Mt Dew. I don't know if it was just their pop machine or the glass but it had a bleach taste. My egg drop soup came out cold - not even luke warm. I asked the waitress to heat it up. Technically restaurants are not allowed to take items back to the kitchen. Regardless, she took it back and warmed it. Although the bowl was warm the soup was still cold. I asked her to bring me a to go container as I would take it home as it was still cold. The crab rangoon and egg roll came out piping hot and were tasty. I noticed on the menu a 2 person special that included crab rangoon and soup so I asked if we could do that. She said no since the appetizers were already ordered. I would have thought she would have showed us the special to begin with. My daughter had sesame chicken and enjoyed it. She said the chicken was moist. I had sweet and sour chicken. There was no more than 2 pieces of pineapple, and very small pieces of green pepper, onion and carrots. The pineapple was bad (fermented). The chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. Our bill was $50!! Eating out is way too expensive to have poor food quality, My daughter wanted to go to Grand Fortune so I agreed. In hindsight, I should have looked at the reviews first. Needless to say I won't be back. Lesson learned - don't listen to your teenager and stick to your favorite place...

Don't waste your time - you will be disappointed! I went inside to place my order and was happy to wait 15-20 minutes anticipating a freshly cooked meal. I was more than disappointed to pay for a meal that was less than mediocre. After calling to request a partial refund due to my dissatisfaction, I was appalled by the response I received. I informed the manager that the Amazing Beef was fatty and the crab Rangoon was very chewy instead of crispy. My disappointment was returned with defensiveness, insult and no regard for my level of dissatisfaction. I hung up feeling attacked and angry for his lack of empathy and poor customer service. Does the customers opinion matter anymore? The best he could do was offer me a discount on my next order. After such a terrible experience why would I consider returning to such an establishment? I urge you consider a competitor instead of risking poor customer service and spending your hard earned money on...
