Was here to get a tour from Kim Buthe and learn more about this venue. The place is huge and lots of things to do. It's fun and has bowling, party rooms, dining rooms, arcade room, escape rooms and a laser tag room. It has a lot of similar features to Bowlero (the old Mark in Elkhorn) but it feels more luxurious and geared towards adults and businesses. Don't misunderstand, they do have plenty of stuff for kids to do, that include the arcades, bowling, laser tag, etc. but you can get a host to watch the kids and manage the party while you and the wife go have lunch in their cozy dining room with fireplaces. They even have a corporate or large party room you can rent for 120-ish guests and the room has it's own bar, serving tables and seating and many arrangements for food. I did want to try out the food as well and got a great hamburger (Steakhouse Burger) and tater tots; comparably priced.

A great indoor smorgasbord of activities for kids and adults. Lazer tag, escape room, bowling, arcade, and two restaurants. Cost does add up. Food is the same in both restaurants, with the difference being that one has servers and the other is self-serve. Pizza so-so, but the chicken tenders were excellent. All employees take time to help and to explain any questions in detail with excellent customer care. Arcade games are fun. There is also virtual reality and other participant- interactive games. !! Tuesday is half-price for arcade and Lazer tag. NOTE: 1/2 price does not include VR or participant games that are intermingled among the arcade games. Tickets are loaded automatically to the game card you use, so there is no need to carry paper tickets around.

This place was huge and fairly busy for a weeknight. There was a pretty expensive selection of arcade games with only a few out of commission. We came on the half price night which was a great idea because I felt the prices were fair only at their halfway pricepoint. If I would have come here on a full price evening there's no doubt I would have rather just gone to D & B's. But even with all that in mind, the service from purchasing game cards to the prize shop was great. Place seemed very clean as well as safe with multiple food options and other entertainment options.

We met a friend for a birthday celebration. The facility is very clean, the games were maintained like clockwork and there were no games out of order.

The hosts for the food side were kind albeit bored.

The service we received was extremely inadequate that I wanted to set up corporate training right on the spot. Our server was kind and used a pleasant tone. Our server was proactive on an impressive level, we asked about pitchers of drinks and our host gave her the message and she came back with the answer.

We ordered apps and then she disappeared. A food runner gave us our apps and we asked to order another item, we were told we had to do that through the server, which is fine, but she was not around. We had to go to the host stand and ask for her. The apps were dropped with no silverware or napkins. We were 40 min into our stay and we had no refills. When the host grabbed silverware from the server stand she decided to get the refills for us. Still no server. I asked the host again to message our server because my birthday mom wanted to order a Pizza, my gust changed her mind because she’d seen how there was no “service”. I asked for the check and that was produced quickly. I sat and sat waiting to pay. And then had to go back to the host stand to run the payment.

Only after this did our server come and try to get refills, move plates ect. My group had checked out and wanted no part any longer.

If management had our server in other spots and she was too busy for us, that manager should have had someone touch our table just in case. If we were seated in an area that wasn’t her section, she should have told us, “my sections on the other side of the wall, if I do t get her quick enough just pop over but I’ll do my best to be here often”

Managers should make sure even tables with small bills should be...

Been here a handful of times, and I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I came in with a group of friends, four total, and ordered 3 appetizers along with some drinks. Drinks came out after a while, but one was forgotten. Not a big deal, it happens. A group then comes in next to us and began bowling. Half an hour later, we are still waiting on appetizers, and the other group got their food. A whole pizza, might I add, before we were even acknowledged by our server again. Wondering where she went, we turn around and see her bowling with the group behind us. I’m sorry, what?? Not only is she bowling, but she doesn’t come to check on us for another 15 minutes. By that time, our drinks were empty, and so were our stomachs. After an hour of waiting for some appetizers, we had to go to the manager to cancel our order. No compensation besides the canceling of the food. Two minutes later, someone tried to bring our food out. We were over the whole thing and left half an hour early. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. If I do, I’ll make sure to eat before I...

I recently visited Spare Time, and while the experience had its ups and downs, I want to highlight how the management turned things around.

To start, the service was notably slow. It took a long time to get our drinks, and our food arrived much later than expected. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed, and it did impact our overall dining experience.

However, what truly stood out was the professionalism of the manager. After noticing our frustration, they personally came over to check on us, apologized sincerely for the delay, and offered to make things right. They even provided a complimentary dessert and ensured the rest of our meal was handled promptly. Their genuine concern and effort to address the situation left a positive impression.

While the service wasn’t ideal, the manager’s quick response and dedication to customer satisfaction showed they truly care about their guests. I’d be willing to give [Restaurant Name] another chance in the future, hoping for a smoother experience.

Rating: 4/5 – Great management, but the service needs...
