Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Omaha

I have revisit this place numerous times and the last time i ordered in the drive thru, drove home and my order was wrong! I called, and they apologized, sent me cards for free sandwich next round. Great....I always order #7 grilled chicken club on a gluten-free bun (which is a good one btw) and they had forgotten the cheese & bacon, sad. So I get to the drive thru today, very busy, 20 mins later I get to window, she wanted to charge for GF bun, I said I'd appreciate if it is covered since my last order was wrong! She was nice and took care of me! I pulled over after driving away, SAME problem with my sandwich Again! No cheese & bacon 😒. Parked, went inside, told them my frustrations, and they gave me my ingredients to complete my sandwich. They apologized profusely and gave me a free salad for next time. Thanks for taking care of me with errors on 2 recent occasions. Looking at my receipt today, it looks like they rang up the wrong sandwich! First trip was correct sandwich on receipt but given wrong sandwich! I thank you for correcting the error.

We stopped for breakfast this morning. This is the closest chick fil a to our house as we live 45 min away. I have a tall passanger van and cant fit through the drive thru so I have to go inside to order. I was in the store befor 1030. I waited in line for over 5 minutes behind two chick fil a employees no other customers just two employees ordering. I go to order our breakfast and was told i couldnt because it was over. I asked what time it was and the cashier said 1040. I didnt have my phone on me so i couldn't check the time. I then waited 3 minutes for my son to get done in the restroom. Walked out to my van and it was ONLY 1037. There is no possible way it was 1040 when the cashier lied and said it was. As a parent of 7 kids and on a busy saturday morning amongst all the chaos somethings should be easy like ordering chick fil a for a quick breakfast. Thank you chick fil a for making my chaotic and frustrating morning much harder than it should have been. Greatful for Panera Bread rapid pick up and breakfast till 11. Always receive relatively fast and friendly service at this location and great tasting food for the price (although the price of everything is going up lately). I eat at Chick-fil-A a lot and have never had an issue with stomach problems as mentioned by a couple of reviews. I'm wondering if they perhaps got food poisoning in their own kitchens? I know how strict CFA is about food prep and handling, so I find the accusation hard to believe. They also have pretty good record with Douglas County health inspections for proper food handling. Only issue I'm aware of recently was a recall on shakes . . . which just shows CFA's responsiveness and responsibility with regard to food safety. Only feedback I have for CFA is that I'd prefer they bring back the extra crispy fries option as it seems fries are a bit soggy for my taste lately. Also, the prices going up make me eat their less now. Overall fantastic food and they bend over backwards to make sure as many customers are happy as possible . . . if something's wrong with your order, let them know and they will definitely try to...
