Mattress Firm Gold Plaza — Hotel in Omaha

In dire need of a new Mattress. My Fiancé let me go into Mattress Firm today on my own. First time I have ever went in to purchase a New Mattress on my own and it could not have gone better!

HaiLee Pape, my sales Associate was very knowledgable, informative and was able to answer every single one of my questions. I let her know what I was looking at online, what I was wanting/needing and hoping to accomplish. What she showed me first was not what I originally came in to look at. It was BETTER AND about the same price. I still took a little look around at other options and nothing was better than the very first Mattress I was shown. What I am trying to say is that she listened to my wants/needs and what I was trying to accomplish. You simply can not ask for more from a Sales Person.

Once I got home I did notice on your website that I could have saved another $126 through your website on a couple pillows (Malouf Supreme Cool Pillow x2) I paid $259.98 before tax I could have paid $205.70 on your website after tax and the Mattress Protector (Sleepys Basic Smooth Protector) was $20 and some change after tax online.. I paid $79.99 before tax. I do still sincerely appreciate the service. Wondering if maybe I could get some compensation for this though??? or cancel the items and just purchase online. Kinda do want someone to reach out to me on this since I was in today Update 5/20/21 1:00pm, an hour after they opened. Spoke with Aaron on the phone and he got this taken care of immediately! Now that’s definitely customer service! Very impressed! Very happy with my purchasing experience and we are excited for our new bed to arrive on Thursday!

If you need a new bed, Art is your guy.

My fiancee and I decided over the past few months that it was really time to upgrade to a king size bed. After having a used car dealer type experience with Snooze, we figured Mattress Firm was the staple store for a reason.

We walked in at 2pm on a Sunday, but Art jumped right up to help. In many ways, he was the perfect salesman. He worked with us the whole time we were there to be sure we got what we needed. He was always right there to answer any questions or give us guidance when we were lost, but he wasn't overbearing and was never pushy.

We ended up landing on a Sealy PosturePedic Elite with a Tempur-Ergo adjustable bed frame. Even after we decided what we wanted, Art didn't rush. He took the time to fully explain financing (cant beat 0%), and worked on our deal to be sure we stayed close to budget. We had initially come in about $500 over what we had budgeted, but Art worked it down to just $27 over budget. Combine that with drop off, set up, and removal of your old bed and you've got yourself a winner.

A bed is an investment, you spend half your life in one, so you should get the best; but that doesn't mean you can't also get a good deal. Mattress Firm and Art made sure both were a possibility for us. I can't say enough positive things about...

I am in my early twenties and relatively new to this "being an adult" thing; so the prospect of buying a whole new mattress from an actual mattress store was a little daunting to say the least.

Thank GOD for Hailey at Mattress Firm on West Center Road in the Omaha Millard area. Not only did she make this whole experience relatively stress free, but she was very kind, super professional, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

The bed I bought was not cheap but any standard, but I did get a great deal on an incredibly comfortable bed with a protector and a remote controlled adjustable frame that will last for years. I even compared prices on Amazon and at other furniture outlets, and the deal really did shave a solid $800 off the whole package.

Between the agreeable price, wonderful customer service, and overall excellent experience, I would highly recommend this store and their employees to anyone in search of a good bed for a good deal.
